Ski Apartment - Next to the slopes,

Situated on the top floor of the Front de Neige complex, this bright, modern and well equipped apartment has stunning views and great access to the slopes.

The apartment of 45 square meters, has been recently renovated & modernised. The cosy sitting room has a wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player and large glass doors giving access to the balcony with panoramic views across the valley. It has a 6ft double or 2 single beds on the mezzanine level and a double sofa bed in the sitting room below. The apartment is accessed by a covered stairway leading from the carpark below.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, ceramic 2 plate hob, Panasonic Multi Oven & a complete set crockery, cutlery, glasses & cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bath, with shower & drying cupboard for ski suits etc.

It is possible to reach the main Kadeuse Lift by a short walk through the woods to ski down and to return to the bottom of the Front de Neige from the Timalet Piste.

A parking space in the covered garage is also available for an additional €60 per week. This must be reserved in advance on booking.

We had a wonderful stay, the views off the balcony are spectacular! The apartment is delightful, well equiped and is set up very well for skiing. We were able to ski almost directly from the flat and then dry our kit in the heated hanging cupboard at the end of the day.

Très chouette

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Annabelle est très attentionnée et gentille. Elle nous a envoyé plein d’informations avant notre arrivée. L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Les lits dans la mezzanine extrêmement confortables. Annabelle pense à tous les détails. Il faut dire par contre que l’appartement n’est pas adapté aux “non sportifs”car les marches pour monter sont nombreuses. Il faut s’organiser avec les bagages et le matériel de ski. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal car à côté de la télécabine pour le départ du ski et des cours. Autre détail important c’est qu’il y a une place de parking dans le sous-sol qui n’est pas négligeable. Nous avons été ravis de nos vacances. Merci Annabelle! Je conseille vivement

Appartement très pratique !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé. Compte tenu des 150 marches entre l’arrivée des pistes de ski et l’appartement nous laissions nos chaussures de ski dans la voiture et ne montions que nos skis. Il faut être en forme pour monter les courses et les bagages mais l’appartement est calme et permet le repos !

The red flat is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for 2 people. All amenities are there. You will keep fit as there are many stairs to climb but when you reach the flat it is worth it. Property manager is very welcoming and helpful.

Appartement sympa

appartement sympa dans résidence proche des pistes. Décoré avec gout, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Les plus : la place de parking couverte, moins de 100m des pistes, literie de qualité. Les moins : un peu difficile à chauffer (ne pas hésiter à mettre du bois dans le feu !) et beaucoup d'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement (heureusement le sport est bon pour la santé) Très bon contact avec Annabelle que je remercie pour les petites attentions : panier garnis, provisions dans le frigo... Je recommande !

Séjour parfait aux Carroz

Procédure d'arrivée parfaite , parking couvert, appartement lumineux fonctionnel et joiliment décoré, aux pieds des pistes. Petit panier de bienvenu très délicat de la part d'Annabelle la propriétaire. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain !

Cosy Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment and really enjoyed Les Carroz. The village centre is a 15 minute walk where there are lots of places to eat plus 2 supermarkets, boulangeries etc It’s an easy walk / ski to the bottom of the gondola station. Anabelle was a great host and provided a wonderful welcome pack to keep us going.

A very attractive small apartment, tastefully decorated with all requirements met. Easy skiing to and from. Hardest part is the stairs to climb to reach the apartment but that gets one fit!

Superb location but lots of stairs

Amazing location with great view over Les Carroz and mountains beyond, 2 minutes walk from ski out/ ski in (red run). Well stocked and comfortable appartment, with a generous welcome hamper. Beware lots of stairs from the car park, especially carrying bags of wood for the stove (small bag from local supermarket lasted us 3 nights). Reserved, indoor parking spot very useful as outdoor car park full over new year week but height restriction of just 1.9m. Not the comfiest sofa bed due to sagging in the middle but enough space to leave it out all week.

Very convenient and comfortable property

Contains everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to from Geneva so very manageable for a long weekend or longer stay. The property sleeps four easily with two on a sofa bed. The kitchen is compact but extremely well equipped. Easy access to lifts.

We had a great skiing holiday

Overall we had a great holiday, the owner was extremely helpful with every aspect of communication. The chalet was very clean, completely well equipped, catering for all our needs, not to mention the amazing views. Although it only had a plug in radiator and a hot air blower, it's warm enough. Our only negative comments was the fact that it's not the ideal chalet for 4 guys, because of the sleeping arrangements. 2 guys sharing a sofa bed is not very comfortable, or am I old fashioned? Getting to the slopes was perfect, almost skiing to the door, or if you prefer to ski into the village, there's a good ski bus service. Since our last visit to the resort 2 years ago, it's become quite up market, so take plenty of money if you get thirsty, or like to eat out. Hope this helps, most of all, some great skiing and lovely resort. Best wishes to Annabelle

I am delighted that Roy enjoyed his holiday and am very appreciative of his comments. The only thing I would add about the heating is that there is also a ‘Clearview’ wood - burning stove with 1 bag of wood provided.
