furnished / renovated apartment has room for 4 people with a large bedroom (91 m2 built with a terrace of 20 m2). A spacious and comfortable living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. Satellite TV (Dutch channels and Flemish channels) free WiFi installed.
The bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) and a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a small bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet.
The bedroom is connected to the large sunny terrace and has an excellent view over the tropical garden, golf course, swimming pools and the mountains.
There is a kitchen that is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo, etc.
Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels. Hair dryer, Ironing board, iron, laundry rack also present.
There is a welcome package such as: bottle of red wine, white wine, coffee pads, bread, pasta, jam, butter, eggs, milk, water, soft drinks and beer.

Free Facilities:
There are 2 swimming pools located directly at the apartments. Paddle court.

At the airport there is a treinstation what can bring you to Fuengirola, from there a litll strech with a taxi.

Mijas, Fuengirola; Erica's Place & Panoramic Scenery

The property is excellent. Erica the host went out of her way to ensure we had a great overall experience. She gave us lots of ideas for things to see, do and visit making it easier for new travelers to this area. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting with outside patio views of the mountains and golf course. This is one of the cleanest and well maintained places that we have stayed at from VRBO. The location is outside of the main area of Fuengirola which allows easy access by car to all the Beachfront Towns and the awesome mountain villages and towns. If we come back to this area we would definitely stay at Erica's place again.

schöne Tage in Las Lagunas

EricaundCo waren sehr gute Gastgeber. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Eine Erstversorgung in der Wohnung war vorhanden. Ein Mietwagen war organisiert. Bei kleineren Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Wir können EricaundCo bestens empfehlen und danken für die Gastfreundschaft. Waltraud und Heinz

Goed gelegen, luxe, compleet,schoon, gastvrij

Appartement was juist gerenoveerd en dik in orde. Bij aankomst werden wij persoonlijk door de zeer gastvrije eigenaren met een welkomstpakket ontvangen. Hadden een heel fijn balkon met uitzicht over de prachtige tuin en daaraan gelegen golfbanen. Als vertrekpunt voor het verkennen van de omgeving eveneens een goede uitvalsbasis. Je zit snel op de doorgaande wegen richting andere hotspots. Kortom : een aanrader!
