Tenuta Don Salvatore, country house with pool 4 mi. from Gallipoli - (Gelsomino)

Villetta Gelsomino is one of the four rent houses of Tenuta Don Salvatore, 4 miles from Gallipoli and 3 miles from the Jonian Sea. The guests of the Tenuta have access to the new swimming pool equipped area. Villetta Gelsomino can accommodate up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, bathroom, garden. Free wi-fi. Free and reserved outdoor parking. Villetta Gelsomino can be rented individually or combined to Villetta Ulivo.

You can stay in relax among the nature. Villetta Gelsomino has a garden for the exclusive use of its guests and consists of 4 rooms for a total of 70 square meters interior including:

• A double bedroom has an air conditioner and windows with mosquito nets.

• A double bedroom with three twin beds equipped with air conditioning and windows with mosquito nets.

• A living room with kitchen.

• A covered porch suitable to have breakfast and lunch outside.

• A bathroom with shower stall

TV, free wi-fi, laundry, parking on the property, barbecue, sink and second outdoor shower.

For exclusive use of guests a private outdoor garden of 130 square meters between bougainvillea, oleander and lawn.

Guests have access to the new outdoor swimming pool area of 2,000 square meters surrounded by ancient olive trees, prickly pears and stone walls.

Tenuta Don Salvatore is 300 meters far from the village of Chiesanuova, 800 meters far from Sannicola, 7 km far from Gallipoli and few minutes by car from the main places of Salento.

PLEASE NOTE:

1)The deposit is not refundable

2)The reservation exclusively includes the number of the guests indicated in the reservation. For any change regarding the number of the inhabitant, please advise by email or by telephone at least one week before the arrival.

3)The rate includes entirely the period reserved. The rate doesn’t change if one or more inhabitants (including the extra guests) stay less longer than the others.

3) Balance should be settled a upon check-in, by credit card or debit card (payment in cash or check is allowed only if the total amount of the fee is less than € 3,000.00).

4) At check-in, every guest, according to the provisions of the current laws, should provide a valid document, for the communication of general information to the Police Headquarters. Upon check-in the guests will also take vision, accept and subscribe the policy and rules of the structure.

5) In the Tenuta there are 4 accommodations: the Ancient Villa (max 10 people), two small Villas (max 5 people) and a small antique house “Casa dell’Angelo” (max 2 people). Ulivo and Gelsomino are in the same building, separated by a wall, each one is autonomous and indipendent with a private entrance and a private garden. In the estate there are also the premises and the office reserved for owners and staff and two very tame dogs that have become the mascots of the Estate.

6) Guests are requested to take the utmost care of the furnishings and housing environments. It is not allowed to make any changes to furnishings or move furniture, equipment and fixtures. Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended.

7) It is not allowed to host or make other people stay overnight than those included in the reservation. Staff and owners, in case of need, can at their discretion, access inside the Villa or the other three accommodations, respecting the privacy and needs of guests.

8) It is not allowed to organize events or parties inside and outside the accommodations and in the swimming pool area. Lodges and common spaces may not be used for any purpose apart from accommodation, without the express permission of the staff or owners.

9) The swimming pool and the solarium areas are reserved to all guests staying in the estate. Guests are not allowed to access other people outside those registered upon check-in. Bathing is allowed from 9.00 am to sunset

10) Guests are held responsible for any damage caused inside or outside the accommodation, and in the pool area; as such, they are required to compensate for damages caused according to the provisions of the current laws
