A one bedroom home with en-suite which is walking distance to town and all amenities.

Bourton-on-the-water is based in the Cotswolds and has plenty to do like a museum, brewing company, model village, cafes, shops and a maze.

Includes a shower en-suite, kitchen/diner, lounge with double sofa bed, smart tv, downstairs toilet and small back garden. Parking out front but no allocated spot. Charge point for electric cars across the road at the co-op supermarket.

We recently bought the home and are in the process of updating it but it has everything you need for a short stay.

Across the road is a supermarket which has parking for 90 minutes if you can't park outside the home. The library is a 2 minute walk away and the leisure center a 5 minute walk. The town is a 5-10 minute walk.

You can access everything locally by walking. You will need a car or public transport for activites like the Cotswold Wildlife Park at Burford and the Cotswold Farm Park at Guiting Power. Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Cheltenham can be easily reached by car.
