It is in an amazing location in the best part of Mayfair, next to Brown’s Hotel, moments from Piccadilly by The Ritz Hotel and moments from Bond Street, where most of the top brands can be found. Green Park tube station is 4 minutes’ walk. Piccadilly Circus station is 7 minutes’ walk. Harrod’s in Knightsbridge is a 10 minutes’ drive or 2 stops by tube from Green Park. This refurbished apartment is a superb base for your London stay.
Located next to the world-famous Brown’s Hotel with The Ritz just moments away, one of London’s elegant arcades – The Royal Arcade – takes you through to Bond Street, home to Gucci, Prada, Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Louis Viton – the list goes on and on. Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park are a short walk from your apartment putting Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and so much more within walking distance of your apartment. Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square are both close and most of London’s theatres are a few minutes’ walk from your apartment.
Your apartment is a very large 174 square meters or 1873 square feet in size and is located on the 2nd floor of this superbly refurbished building with a very high standard of finish throughout. The newly installed lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors. Your apartment has parquet flooring throughout along with stylish rugs. The bright and spacious Lounge leads through to the Kitchen and then to the Dining Room beyond, with its conservatory-style roof. Air-conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 4-seat sofa and 2 armchairs facing towards the large 4K Smart TV with satellite channels, which can be concealed. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment.
The separate Dining Room, just beyond the kitchen, with its elegant dining table, has seats for 6 and is positioned beneath a large, glazed conservatory-style roof, making it exceptionally bright during daylight hours. Ample china, glass and cutlery is provided for your stay. The Dining Room is located adjacent to the Master Bedroom and there is a small window from the Master Bedroom (with blind, of course). Double doors from the Dining Room lead into the corridor by the Master Bedroom entrance.
The very modern, elegant, well-equipped kitchen has 4-ring electric hob with central extract, 2 ovens, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay. The washer/dryer is located in a cupboard in the corridor leading to the Master Bedroom. There are 3 bar stools alongside the kitchen work area.
As you step up from the Living area, the elegant and extremely spacious Master Bedroom is down a corridor to your left at the rear of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. The corridor has extensive wardrobes. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and ample further wardrobes with drawers elegantly hidden away inside. It has a second 4K Smart TV.
A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the Master Bedroom or the living area for a 7th guest, on request, and a cot is similarly available, on request.
The ensuite Bathroom to the Master Bedroom has superbly elegant modern free-standing bathtub with hand shower and a separate walk-in rain shower cubicle. Naturally, there is also an ample wash-hand basin, bidet and toilet.
The good-sized Second Bedroom of the apartment is also rear facing and accessed from the main hallway. As in the other rooms, it has double-glazed windows and also has ample wardrobe space with drawers tucked away inside. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The ensuite bathroom to the Second Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and toilet.
The Third Bedroom, also accessed of the main hallway, is front facing and protected from any possible noise by double-glazed windows.
