Porto Petro, a coastal town, has a wide variety of restaurants, beaches and water sports (paddle surf, sailing, canoeing, renting a boat ...). The house is located 2 minutes from the Caló dels Homes Morts beach and 5 minutes from the Mondragó Natural Park. It is 5 minutes from Cala d'Or and 15 minutes from Santanyí.

Amazing Stay

Very clean apartment, ideally situated near the restaurants, shops, transport and 2 beaches. The view from the sun terrace was lovely and very relaxing. The apartment had everything you needed and was like a home from home. I would definitely book to stay again

Excelente trato del propietario

La casa esta situada en un entorno idílico . Cerca hay una cala y en frente esta el puerto. Hay dos supermercados, una panadería y una farmacia muy cerca . También hay dos restaurantes con menú de10 euros y está todo muy rico. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fueron los propietarios. Nos trataron super bien. Al recibirnos, nos habían dejado bebidas frías y fruta fresca en la nevera. Nos acogieron como si fuéramos uno más de la familia. ¡Hasta nos dieron una vuelta con su barca! Nos lo hemos pasado genial. En definitiva, muy recomendable , para unas vacaciones fantásticas.

Klein aber fein

Dieses kleine Appartement direkt am Hafen und mit einer guten Aufteilung der Räume ist einfach eine tolle Unterkunft um in einem sonnenreichen Gebiet zu nächtigen. Die Klimaanlagen in 2 Räumen sorgen für die Idealtemperatur und die große Terrasse davor für wunderbare Abende in toller Atmosphäre am Hafen. Alleinig, dass a nicht viele Fenster gibt, könnte den ein oder anderen stören, aber da man zu 90 % draußen ist, fällt es gar nicht ins Gewicht. Eher sogar, dass man mückenfrei bleibt ist der große Vorteil! Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe gepflegt, die Dusche und das Bad ebenfalls. Klein aber fein und der Preis stimmt für dieses Appartement. Danke an Miquela und ihre Familie. Bis bald. Hasta luego

Portopetro immer wieder

Wir sind zum siebten Mal in Portopetro und haben schon einige Wohnungen und Häuser gemietet und waren mal wieder positiv überrascht. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Haus vorgefunden alles super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit großer Terrasse und ein Start Up im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten erst Bedenken da die Schlafzimmer Fensterlos sind aber diese Bedenken waren nach der ersten Nacht verschwunden da das Haus über eine super Klimaanlage verfügt. Wir haben die langen Abende auf der Terrasse genossen mit Blick auf die kleinen Boote im Hafen und auch die gleich benachbarten Bars waren nicht störend da wir im Urlaub nicht gleich um 21 Uhr ins Bett fallen. Wir lieben den Ort da kein Massen und Sauftourismus vorhanden ist wer das liebt muss die Hotelhochburgen buchen. Wir werden auch die nächsten Jahre in Portopetro verbringen und sollte das Haus zu unserer Urlaubszeit verfügbar sein immer wieder gerne.

Neu renovierte und gut eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank ein Piccolo, etwas Butter, Marmelade, Schinken, Käse und Milch. In der Küche Kaffeepulver, Salz, Zucker, Gewürze und Reinigungsmittel für die 45 cm Spülmaschine. Die Küche ist auch ansonsten vollständig neu eingerichtet mit Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Eierkocher etc. Die Wohnung hat wenig Tageslicht. Nur nach vorne hin ist vom Wohnzimmer aus ein Fenster zur Terrasse vorhanden. Im Ankleidezimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten sowie im Bad sind weitere kleine Fenster vorhanden. Diese münden jedoch in einen schmalen Gang zum Nachbarhaus, so dass es dort wenig Tageslicht gibt. Für uns war dies kein Nachteil, da so die Wohnung auch tagsüber angenehm kühl blieb. Im Wohnzimmer sowie im Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Diese sind so leise, dass sie den Schlaf nicht stören, jedoch so leistungsfähig, dass sie die Wohnung wirklich herunterkühlen können. Wir hatten Sie trotz mehr als 30 Grad Tagestemperaturen meist ausgeschaltet. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett hat keine Klimaanlage, jedoch zwei Türen in Richtung Wohnzimmer. Wenn es uns nachts zu warm war, haben wir die Türen offen gelassen und im WZ die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet. Da das Fenster im WZ Holzklappläden hat, konnten wir dennoch im dunkeln ausschlafen. Kleiner Nachteil der Wohnung war, dass man im Schlafzimmer die Musik aus der angrenzenden Bar (keine Disko) hören konnte. Wir konnten dennoch gut einschlafen, daher trotzdem volle fünf Sterne in allen Kategorien. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist direkt der Hafen, so dass man von der Terrasse auf die Boote schauen kann. Die kleine Badebucht Caló des Homes Morts ist zu Fuß knapp 400 m entfernt. Sie war trotz Hochsaison Ende Juli nicht überlaufen. Von dort kann man zur Nachbarbucht schwimmen. Die Kommunikation mit Miquela war völlig unkompliziert. Bei Abreise haben wir einfach den Schlüssel auf dem Wohnzimmertisch gelassen und sind gegangen. Wir können die Wohnung und Portopetro sehr empfehlen. Es gibt viele Mittelklasserestaurants, von denen wir in unserer Urlaubswoche vier verschiedene ausprobiert haben. Es war keine Enttäuschung darunter. Vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat uns Restaurante La Caracola am meisten überzeugt. Dort haben wir dann auch zweimal zu Abend gegessen. Wer jedoch Fast-Food und Disco sucht, ist in Portopetro falsch. Beides gibt es gar nicht.
