Beautiful and modern apartment for 4 guests, with private terrace and only 80 metres from one of the most paradisaical beaches of Porto Petro (Santanyí) This fantastic first floor apartment (no lift available) is located within a family apartment complex. The private terrace is the perfect place for your breakfast, accompanied by the beautiful to the pine grove in front, or to have lunch or dinner alfresco after spending a great day amidst crystal-clear waters. You will see the see once you go outside to the streets and reach the sand in juts 80 metres!
Inside the apartment, you'll find a spacious, modern, and beautiful area with air conditioning that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Here, you can cook delicious meals on the ceramic hob, dine together, and relax on the sofa while watching SAT-TV. There are two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Only the double bedroom has air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available for a baby. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The accommodation is near the small fishing town of Porto Petro (Santanyí). Specifically, it's located in Barca Trencada, a privileged place for those in love with paradisaical beaches. In fact, you can reach 5 beautiful virgin beaches on foot, the first of them only 80 metres away, and the Natural park of Mondragó. The golf course of Cala d'Or is less than 9 km away.

Nice apaartment very close to two beautiful beaches
It was a great stay, as the place is very clean, equiped with everything you need and you have two beautiful small beaches around the corner and another two 15 minutes away, by walking throught a nice path. Groceries are available 5 minutes away by car. There is a ibero star hotel around the corner, so during season it might get full and loud, but off season - a very calm place.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super, direkt neben einer schönen Bucht. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig dort. Wir fanden, dass die Fotos etwas besser aussehen als die Wohnung in echt. Die Betten waren nicht so gemütlich, man kann die Metallfedern spüren.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft, die sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet war und dennoch die wichtigsten Dinge enthielt. Der Weg zu einer wunderschönen Bucht ist sehr kurz (2 Minuten zu Fuß), so dass man entspannt den Tag am Strand verbringen kann und nicht unnötig viel rum schleppen muss. Man sollte aber wissen, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fußläufig entfernt sind, sonder man eine Auto braucht, da es doch etwas abgelegen ist. Dafür hat man sehr viel Idylle. Einziges kleines Manko, über das wir aber die eine Woche hinwegsehen konnten, da der Rest top war: in den Schlafzimmern hat es etwas muffig und schimmlig gerochen. Aber mit geöffnetem Fenster war es ok.

Die Lage ist natürlich der Hammer. Wunderschön in Fußnähe zu tollen Buchten mit netten Stränden. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung, dadurch war die Wohnung groß genug. Zu viert wäre es definitiv zu eng gewesen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Die Küchenmesser waren scharf und Geschirr war reichlich da. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltungsagentur ist nicht ganz so optimal, wie wenn man es direkt mit dem Vermieter zu tun hätte. Die Betten waren nicht sonderlich gut. Was dringend nachgerüstet werden sollte sind Fliegengitter. Wir hatten wirklich Probleme mit den Mücken und konnten nachts nicht lüften, da sonst direkt einige Mücken herein kamen. Und es fehlte mindestens mal ein Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse.

Lovely location, ok apartment
The apartment is in a great location for people wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of holiday resorts. It faces directly onto the Mondrago natural park, so apart from people walking to and from the beach, there is little noise or disturbance. The flip side is that there are very few facilities nearby and visitors will have to catch a bus to Porto Petro or Cala d’Or for food and drink or have a car. There is a beach shop at Cala Mondrago but it’s mainly for overpriced snacks. The beach cafe is ok for the occasional meal, but gets super busy at lunch time.
The apartment is ok. The kitchen is fine, though the bathroom is tired. There was no aircon in the children’s bedroom (photos of the property show it, so it has been removed and not replaced). The balcony is great, looking out on the pine forest with all its sights and sounds. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall though, the location more than makes up for these things. Tip: if you get a taxi (Cala d’Or taxis are excellent and very reasonable) the driver will probably assume you are staying at the nearby Iberostar hotel, so make sure you stress your exact location - Carrer de la Barca Trencada, near the entrance to Caló des Borgit. Finally, if you have a late flight, there is nowhere (as far as we can tell) to leave your luggage after checkout, other than on the landing outside the apartment, which we did. The cleaners did not arrive before it was time for us to leave so we don’t know if that was ‘acceptable’ or not. It made for a slightly stressful last few hours of the holiday. We loved the location and the beautiful beaches in this part of the island. Recommended.

Die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend und der Check-in lief ohne Kontakt und ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einzigartig, da man nur Max. 5 min durch einen Pininenwald laufen muss, um an einen schönen kleinen Sandstrand zu gelangen. Einzig die Betten sind nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Das nette Ambiente hat aber deutlich überwogen. Gerne wieder!
