Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, public parking on the road. Shop 7 km, bus stop "Santanyi" 6 km, railway station "Manacor" 37 km, sandy beach "Cala Llombards" 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner lives on the same property.

Small dining room with dining table, electric heating and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Nice old house

We were lucky to stay in this old house in this beautiful surrounding. Beautiful beach Platja Es Llombards and Platja es Trenc close, nice little town village with bakery and bar close. House was good, clean, perfect pool, good beds, friendly host. Furthermore some points we hope the owner will adjust (we couldn't tell them because they don't speak any English or German and i don't speak Spanish): airco is not working and i can be really hot there, television is like a heater and has a terrible noise.

Traumhaftes Stadthaus

Ein schönes Stadthaus, das alles hat um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.Es ist sauber, für alle notwendigen Zwecke eingerichtet. Ein schöne Terrasse mit einer Frühstücksecke, einem Esstisch, einem Grill und mehreren Sonnenliegen. Ein schöner sauberer Pool, um den sich ein älteres Paar kümmert, sowie die Blumen. Uns haben sie überhaupt nicht gestört, sie haben uns sogar 3x Melone aus ihrem eigenen Garten vorbei gebracht. Leitungs-und Poolwasser leicht salzig!! Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!!

Es war sehr sehr sauber, ruhig, sehr schön, sehr schön. Die Leute sehr, sehr nett, freundlich ganz liebe Menschen. Gerne würden wir nächstes Jahr wieder dort hin in den Urlaub

Die relaxte Atmosphäre im Ort ...

Die relaxte Atmosphäre im Ort war grandios. Wohnung/Haus auch sehr ruhig, ein perfekter Ort für Erholungssuchende. zu beachten: Mit dem Leitungswasser kann "nur" abgewaschen und NICHT gekocht werden (Salzwasser). Reisetipps: Restaurants: Perla Negra: super!! => ca. 100m von Unterkunft entfernt. Restaurant: "Fusion" ebenso, allerdings teuer => was für den "besonderen Abend".

Die Vermieterin kommt jeden Ta...

Die Vermieterin kommt jeden Tag zum Blumen gießen und nach dem Pool schauen, wen das nicht stört ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super Grill vorhanden! Reisetipps: Sehr viele schöne Badebuchten. Tolles Restaurant im Ort ( Sa Fona) und den Bäcker gleich ums Eck

Très bonne location dans un pe...

Très bonne location dans un petit village typique à l'écart de la foule et de la masse touristique ;) La propriétaire est très gentille et aux petits soins (citrons sur la table tous les matins). Piscine parfaite, même si un peu froide en Mai, logement très propre et fonctionnel. Vous trouverez quelques unes des plus belles plages de l'ile à moins de 10 minutes en voiture... bref ! Top !!!!
