Wonderful house and very nice outdoor area

We (3 friends) really enjoyed our stay there. The complex and especially the outdoor area are beautiful and there are also a few great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The house itself also suited us very well.

Lived up to expectations

Great property in a great location, there is something for everyone within walking distance. Having older children we enjoyed our time by the marina sampling the cocktails in the evening sunshine. Shops, Bars, restaurants pharmacy and supermarket are all literally a 5 minute walk away. Francisco was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations of what to do and where to eat during our stay. Lovely time had by all.

Wonderful house & location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Francisco’s villa. The house was very clean. The location is perfect. The shops, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the beach. And a big plus: there’s a pool in your backyard. Francisco is very friendly and helpful with giving tips on attractions and restaurants.I would recommend this accommodation and hope to return in the future.

A Hidden Gem

We know Cala d'or and wanted a ground floot apartment. I found this little gem. Fabulous host, fabulous location, great for families. Close to beaches, bars, childrens entertainment.

Great family location

Super property with all you need a few minutes away, the apartment is set in a nice quite location with seven pools that kept our 12 & 14 year busy all holiday. The owner Francisco was very helpful from start to finish with useful hints and tips on the best places to eat and drink if you need help. The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. Very happy to recommend this place we had an fantastic stay, many thanks Dean.

Absolute beautiful complex with 7 pools. At no point during our stay was the complex busy and this was even during the kids 6 weeks holiday. The apartment is great, air conditioning and even better than the photos. Francisco was brilliant in communicating and met us upon arrival to go through details about the apartment and local amenities. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect for us

We had a perfect stay in the garden apartment. This was our first family holiday with our 10 month old and my extensive searching for a property was so worth it. Communication prior was brilliant, we even met fransisco and his family on arrival. The directions provided were excellent, no chance of getting lost. The property itself was immaculately clean and exactly as expected. There wasn’t anything that Francisco hadn’t thought of. We requested use of the baby equipment and I was initially disappointed to see a travel cot. However, an extra mattress and child friendly sheets had been provided and my son slept just like he does at home. The bedroom is very spacious with a comfy king bed. Lots of storage too. The Lounge area was also spacious and comfy. The tv unfortunately showed mostly German and some Spanish/Catalan channels. Fransisco even came and retuned it for us. I know i was on holiday and shouldn’t need the tv but when you’re home at 7pm for the evening, the tv would be useful. I’d have take my kindle fire stick if I’d known. Although I don’t know if it would work. The kitchen had a great supply of equipment and the washing machine was very useful (quick wash is 40 at 7pm on the dial). The garden was a great size and very safe. You get the sun all day. There was a good supply of children’s beach toys as well. The complex itself is quiet and very well maintained. The pools are very varied and often empty, no fighting for pool time or loungers here. You can park in the complex car park but we just parked on the road and had no problems, it’s free. The area of Cala Egos is really nice, steady rather than busy but not crazy, although we didn’t see it after 9pm! Restaurant Beatriz is by far the best, we ate there twice. The whole of the resort is family friendly but isn't intrusive so don’t be put off if you’re child free. The beaches in Cala d’or and Cala egos are pretty busy so if you’re after a beach holiday just bear that in mind. They are lovely though. Will be seriously considering returning next year with the grandparents in tow (in the above apartment, which we also saw and is just as good)

Tolle Tage auf Mallorca

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Mallorca. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war von Buchung an wirklich top. Wir haben alle nötigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Da wir schon morgens auf Mallorca gelandet sind, hat sich unser Vermieter sehr viel Mühe gegeben das wir schon zeitnah in die Wohnung konnten. Die Anlage war ruhig und sauber, wir hatten ganz oft den Pool für uns alleine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Vermieter war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und immer bemüht. Es gibt nur eine Kleinigkeit die uns nicht so gut gefallen hat und das war der Kühlschrank, der sehr laut gebrummt hat. Zum Schlafen haben wir den immer runter gedreht damit er leiser ist, da die Schlafcouch von unserem Sohn im Wohn-/ Esszimmer stand. Aber sonst war es ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung

Es war alles perfekt!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll! Sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung, ist wirklich super sauber (10 von 5 Sternen ;-) ), kinderfreundlich und toll gelegen. Es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht! Wirklich gut ausgestattet! Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Yachthafen in Cala D‘or mit seinen vielen Restaurants gelegen. Fernerhin ist die Anlage sehr sauber! Francisco ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Host! Er ist immer erreichbar! Können diese Unterkunft nur ans Herz legen und weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Urlaubs-Apartment

Francisco ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber und war jederzeit während unseres Aufenthalts schnell erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist vor allem mit Kindern toll und die Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Man hat verschiedene Pools zur Auswahl, darunter auch einen ganz flachen für Kinder. Zwei Strände, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Rundum tolles Apartment

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in Franciscos Garten Apartment. Überzeugt hat die ruhige schöne Anlage sowie die super Ausstattung des Apartments. Gerade für unsere 2 kleinen Kinder war der Garten toll. Babystuhl, Bett und Babywanne & Waschmaschine waren super. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Toll war die gesamte Kommunikation mit Francisco und seine ganzen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte. La résidence est calme. Le seul petit bémol c’est l’insonorisation avec l’appartement au dessus mais tout à fait vivable. Je recommande à 100%. C’est en plus très pratique avec des enfants.

Relaxing and exploring in Cala Egos

Wow !! What a wounderful vacation we had in this lovely place ! Our host Francisco was very Kind and helpful, if there were any questions He always had answears and good recomendations of places or Restaurants to visit. The Appartement was very clean and with everything we needed.We enjoyed the variety of pools and the beaches in walking distance, also public transportation is working well and the taxi Service brought us to other beaches, beautiful and worth a visit! Cala Mondrago is beautiful and nice caves to Explore while snorkeling. Cala d'or is just around the Marina and has nice beaches and Restaurants, so is porto petro an old fishing village . I really enjoyed the yard and Terrasse at the complex and i can really recommend this place and the host !! Thank you Francisco for making our stay so relaxing and easy !!! MUCHAS GRACIAS
