puracalma.de - This tastefully furnished holiday home is situated in a quiet, idyllic, and very romantic location directly above the picturesque bay of Cala d'es Moro/Cala S'Almunia. *According to “Le Figaro,” one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe! The Cala S’Almunia area is part of the “Cap de ses Salines” nature reserve and lies south of the “Cala Mondrago” nature reserve. Three terraces—some covered, some open, and very sunny even in winter—offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the pine forest. Our pool is the Mediterranean Sea. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to two of the island’s most beautiful coves. The approximately 1,000 m² garden plot, featuring Mediterranean plants and trees, offers plenty of space to relax undisturbed while enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea. There are plenty of lounge chairs and a large umbrella available for sunbathing and relaxing. A large kettle grill is available for cosy barbecue evenings.<br>The fascinating surroundings are perfect for excursions and hikes, and visits to other nearby swimming coves are also highly recommended. The town of Santanyi, just 5 km away, offers many restaurants, shopping options, and, last but not least, the very popular weekly market.<br>During the winter season, central heating can be booked for an additional fee. We’ll respond to your inquiries as soon as possible! Daniel was extremely communicative and helpful, offering tips on things to do and where to access groceries and other essentials, and coming up with a work-around when the online check-in program had glitches. Although some house information was in German, Daniel shared English translations of the important materials and made sure we had the information we needed. The house has a gorgeous view, especially from the roof deck at sunset. As others have mentioned, the area gets very busy with foot traffic to the nearby coves and beaches, so we generally went elsewhere during the day and returned in the evening to enjoy dinner on the patio.

Lovely view

What a view! Beautiful house especially the very large outdoor spaces, surrounded by nature and 5 minutes walk from the wonderful Calo des Moro. Convenient parking and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

We had a truly magical, wonderful stay! The views of the ocean and the serenity of the location were unbeatable. It’s a short 3-5m walk to Cala Del Moro which is a breathtaking rocky beach, it gets very busy with tourists and you will find many walking toward that beach in the afternoon but because you are so close you can be one of the first on the beach and catch one of the most magical sunsets (you must have 1 sunset there!) when most tourists have left. The host is very communicative and has many great recommendations (he even has a thorough guidebook though it is in German) one rec he gave us was Mondragón, another beautiful beach and national park with calm waters and a nice hiking path, also great for sunsets. There is a grill on the property also which we used for seafood from the local markets (the best, freshest seafood!! Highly rec you use it for at least 1 dinner!) We really loved the stay and would absolutely be back, our only minor critiques were we wished the roof terrace had an umbrella as we couldn’t enjoy it because of the strong sun up there, also we had to buy some things ourselves like a beach umbrella, lighter for the stove and garbage bags, small beach house essentials that I think could have been provided, but they were all very cheap and easy to get at the local Lidl anyway, and this seems common in Spanish rentals anyhow. Overall we loved the stay very much and are grateful we were fortunate to stay here. Highly recommended! Thank you Herr Daniel!

Maison superbe ! Encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo ( les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la beauté des lieux). Location très bien équipée ( cuisine complète, jeux de société, tv smart, matériel de plage ….) .Moustiquaires et ventilo disponibles dans les chambres, où Malheureusement il peut y faire très chaud. Hôte très gentil et réactif !! Je recommande les yeux fermés .

Wir waren in den Herbstferien in der wunderschönen Finca.Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll.Man hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer.Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und es war sehr sauber und gepflegt.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder.Vielen Dank an Familie Rauschenberg,das wir Urlaub in ihrer Finca machen durften.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der schnellen Kommunikation, mit der Lage des Hauses und haben wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Ein Aufenthalt im Winter ( Februar) ist mit kühleren Temparaturen verbunden. Es gibt eine Heizung im Haus, die nicht immer volle Leistung erbringt und der Kamin war leider auch nicht zu benutzen, da der Stecker für die Lüftung vom Kabel abgeschnitten war. Sonst sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank.

Liebe puracalma Gäste, Vielen Dank für die sehr positive Rückmeldung! Ich kann das gleiche nur zurückgeben. Übrigens - der Kamin funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich die Zusatzfunktionen für eine schnellere Erwärmung der Luft geht momentan nicht. Aber Kaminfeuer machen ist kein Problem.

Splendide vue depuis les terrasses

Une maison idéalement située dans un endroit calme et magnifique. La maison est très joliment décorée, bien équipée, les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs. Voiture indispensable, criques à proximité magnifiques mais bondées en été (y aller tôt le matin ou en fin de journée).

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist ein Traum und perfekt für ein paar entspannte Tage abseits vom Trubel. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Das Haus hatte alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Der Strand war innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, leider war er tagsüber sehr überfüllt. Wir sind immer morgens und abends hin, da war es dann entspannt. Die Vermietung war unkompliziert und Familie Rauschenberg allzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir fahren gerne wieder im diese wunderschöne Finca.

Wunderschöner Meerblick

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die Terrasse ist wirklich traumhaft und schön möbliert. Das Haus verfügt über zwei wirklich sehr kleine Schlafzimmer mit ziemlich niedrigen Decken. Daher ist es nachts ziemlich warm und es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage.Es gibt zwei Bäder, eines auch sehr klein und ein großes Bad außerhalb des Hauses. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche gehen ineinander über. In der Küche alles nötige vorhanden. Leider verläuft hinter dem Haus die Straße zu zwei sehr beliebten Buchten und es ist immer alles vollgeparkt. Außerdem braucht man manchmal ewig, bis man da ist wegen der vielen Autos. Es gibt aber einen Privatparkplatz. Der schöne Meerblick tröstet über vieles hinweg und wir haben die Zeit trotz mancher Widrigkeiten genossen.

Vielleicht nur 1-2 Sätze zu den Fakten, damit man das beim Lesen auch richtig einordnen kann: Die Höhe der Decken in den Schlafzimmern beträgt 2,20m und hat glaube ich nichts mit der Temperatur auf Mallorca im Hochsommer zu tun. Es ist falsch, das hinter dem Haus eine belebte Straße ist! Hinter dem Haus ist das große Grundstück unseres Nachbarn, erst dahinter ist eine Straße. Dass das Haus eine einfache Ausstattung hat ist ebenfalls nicht richtig, es ist, so zumindest sagen es die allermeisten anderen Gäste, sehr liebevoll und detailliert ausgestattet. Was es allerdings nicht gibt, ist die gewünschte Nespresso Maschine, auf die verzichten wir mit Rücksicht auf die Umwelt.

Herrliche Finca, in absoluter Traumlage mit Meerblick

Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Es bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf das Meer und die Natur. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Es lohnt sich die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man kann schnell mal im Meer baden gehen ohne das Auto benutzen zu müssen. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst hilfsbereit, vielen Dank dafür.

Echtes Schmuckstück in Traumlage

Wir sind nach wie vor hin und weg von dieser tollen Unterkunft. Die Lage an der wohl schönsten Bucht Mallorcas und unsere morgendlichen Spaziergänge zum Strand (bevor alle anderen kommen) waren das Highlight unseres Urlaubs. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!

Séjour agréable et vue sur mer imprenable

La maison et surtout la terrasse est plus belle en vraie qu’en photo. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. L’acces À la plage est à 5 min à pied. On peut juste regretter la masse de touristes sur la crique d’alumnia Les propriétaires ont toujours répondu présent mais nous avions peu de choses à leur demander tant tout était bien organisé. Seul bémol : la cote sud n’est pas d’une grande diversité dans les paysages et une semaine suffit pour faire le tour de la région.

Face à la mer tous les jours

Très belle prestation pour cette maison, propre et bien entretenu. La vue magnifique tous les jours, l'accès privé pour y rentrer et stationner notre véhicule. Tout était prévu pour notre arrivée, il ne manquait rien. Les ventilateurs dans les chambres étaient les bienvenus. On a eu l'impression d'être chez nous pendant ces 12 jours. La mer, le calme, la proximité des 2 calas. Des hôtes très gentils et à l'écoute, malgré la barrière de la langue (allemand/français). Merci

Eine traumhafte Finca

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne, unvergessliche Woche (leider nur) in diesem traumhaften Haus mit grandiosem Blick aufs Meer, unzähligen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen für jeden Stand der Sonne. Der Garten ist wunderschön, groß, gepflegt und weitestgehend uneinsehbar ;-). Das Haus sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert - wir waren begeistert! Nochmals vielen Dank an Familie Rauschenberg und ihre Bereitschaft, dieses wunderbare Domizil mit anderen Menschen zu teilen.

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Wir waren zu zwei Paaren dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Aussicht von der Terrasse macht glücklich. Die Buchten in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind traumschön und durch einen kurzen Fußweg sehr gut zu erreichen . Der Kontakt zu der Eigentümerfamilie war ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert!! Absolute Empfehlung von unserer Seite !

Ruhige Finka mit Meerblick

Die Finka liegt nahe Santanyi und ist mit Pkw gut zu erreichen. Man hat von der Terasse aus einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer. Schöne Strände und Badebuchten in der Nähe, auch Salinen und Flamingos. Selbst im November kann man sehr schön auf der Terasse frühstücken und sich am Nachmittag in die Sonne legen.. Baden geht auch noch.Bei Aufenthalt im November sollte die Heizung gleich mit gebucht werden.Aufgrund der Seenähe herrscht dann eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, die sich schnell auch im Haus bemerkbar macht.

Top Lage und traumhafter Meerblick

Die Finca ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundungung der Gegend im Südosten. Die Ruhe ist einmalig. Die Bucht unterhalb der Finca ist allerdings sehr überfüllt, es gibt jedoch genügend andere Buchten in der Nähe.
