This beautiful holiday paradise offers on 84m² everything for the 'most precious weeks of the year',

Excellent property in great location. Bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. Pool area is also much better than photos. 5 minutes walk to our favourite beach in the area.

Perfection

This was probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. It exceeded all our expectations and was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos on the Stayz-VRBO booking platform. Excellent location close to everything, peaceful and very comfortable. Top quality furnishings, decoration and facilities. Comfortable beds and dreamy balcony area to eat or drink outside. I really hope we can come back here some day. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again.

Dear Robert, Thank you for your very good review. We want to take a stand on both points. If the music was actually playing until 11pm, this must have been an unusual event. Our experience so far has been that either there was no music or the event ended at 10 pm at the latest (this is also the quiet time). Our property manager spoke to you on the phone and explained everything over the phone, as your arrival took place in the evening. In such cases, we cannot expect our property manager to be available around the clock. I ask for your understanding here. She was always available to answer questions and responded promptly. Thank you for the praise and I wish you all the best.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick. Bis zum Strand und zum Steinbogen Es Pontas sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei, die Verwalterin vor Ort war leider nicht so gut erreichbar. Insgesamt war es ein sehr erholsamer und entspannender Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Apartment mit Meerblick & Strandnähe

Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig, der Wohn- und Schlafraum großzügig gestaltet und der Balkon mit Meerblick. Zur Anlage gehört auch ein sehr schöner Pool, an dem man relaxen kann. Parkplätze sind vor dem Apartment kostenfrei und ausreichend vorhanden. Zum Strand sowie zum Aussichtspunkt Es Pontas sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

Die angemietete Ferienwohnung bietet nahezu alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von zuhause kennt. Sie liegt an einer exponierten Stelle der Bucht Cala Santanyi und ist rundum ausgestattet, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verleben. Dass sehr ansprechende Interieur und die Vielzahl der Haushaltsutensilien lassen sofortiges Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen. An "alles" wurde gedacht, um dem Wunsch des Gastes zu entsprechen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Ansprechperson vor Ort für die Immobilie. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt und schöne Tage verlebt, dem ist nicht zu helfen.

Stilvolles Appartement mit Meerblick

Das Appartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet vom Balkon einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür und ist in wenigen Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Am Pool waren wir jedes Mal unter uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch der Brückenbogen „Es Pontas“ . Wir waren wirklich sehr mit dem Appartment zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist auf Niveau schöner Wohnen ausgestattet und es gibt auch viele Gewürze und Küchenutensilien. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön und man hört das Meeresrauschen Die Bucht ist allerdings während der Hochsaison stark frequentiert, da sich dort ganz viele Apartment Hotels befinden. Wir sind dann immer an andere Strände gefahren.

Super Lage

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und super praktisch gelegen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Besen anzuschaffen, um die Wohnung zwischendurch vom Sand zu befreien und andere Balkonmöbel. Die Möbel sind bleischwer und schwer zu verschieben und den Tisch kann man kaum putzen, da er so uneben ist. So isst man stets auf einem etwas unsauberen Tisch.

Die perfekte Woche
