Drac 1 by dracmallorca
Drac 1 is located in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Mallorca, about 50 km from the airport. The apartment has a balcony with views of the beach and the sea. On the balcony there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy breakfast with the sound of the sea. It has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and combined refrigerator. It is functional and equipped with satellite TV, internet access, and central heating. A crib and high chair are provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are, of course, available.
Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
A refundable deposit is required for this property.

Girls Trip!
We LOVED our stay! It was easy, clean, safe and so so beautiful! Everything we needed was provided to us and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful! The beach was steps away and the views were worth all the money in the world.

Alles super - sauber, gemütlich, geräumig...Das Einzige, was wir bemängeln müssen, ist die Situation mit den Parkplätzen. Für 5 Wohnungen waren nur 4 Parkplätze vorhanden. Wer kommt zuerst, der mahlt zuerst :))

Traumhafte Lage in schnuckeliger Wohnung
Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon direkt auf’s Meer. Die Ansprechpartner und das Service Team immer freundlich und erreichbar. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein und das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Vom Bett aus auf das Meer zu sehen, ein Traum.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in Ordnung , es ist allerdings sehr hellhörig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Direkte Lage am Meer.
Der Einbau einer Klimaanlage würde den Aufenthalt im Sommer deutlich angenehmer gestalten.

Sehr schöne neue Renovierungen, hat uns gut gefallen.
Wir haben noch nie auf Mallorca einen so schneeweißen Strand erlebt,
aber für das Wetter kann man das Drac Team ja nicht verantwortlich machen. Wir kommen gerne im Herbst wieder und hoffen auf eine stabilere Wetterlage.
Schön wäre ein zusätzlicher Elektroheizkörper im Ess-Wohnbereich für kalte Tage.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Es war einfach alles bedtens. Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren nach Cala Santanyi und es ist immer wieder Traumhaft die Bucht, das Essen, die Cafe's und Restaurants ringsum sind einfach lecker. Diesmal waren wir hier in der Ferienwohnungen vom Apartments Drac und waren mit allem rund um zufrieden! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!
