Located 2 minutes from the market which takes place on Thursday and Sunday, 5 minutes from the center where many shops, restaurant and activities await you. Concerts, the typical sardinades and other local festivities, shows, festivals, night markets, beautiful walks to do, a bridge that lifts to let pass the big boats and many other attractions enliven this flowered city on the blue side .

Nous avons séjourné du 28.06 au 12.07.25 à Martigues dans le T1 de 36m2 qui a une chambre séparée et il ya le T1 de 25m2 qui est celui rénové équipé d’un mobilier récent (Ils sont mitoyens). Ce dernier a 1 plaque en vitro céramique 3 feux nous un réchaud noir électrique 2 feux.1 salle de bains à l’italienne vitrée moderne et nous avec un rideau plastique court et à remplacer. Mon mari a pu le visiter et voir les differences.La terrasse est dallée et nous un gazon synthétique pas en très bon état. Le 36m2 n’est pas aux normes pour les branchements électriques. Le fil télé passe entre la cloison chambre et piece prinicipale longe la porte fenêtre et se branche a une prise multiple fixée sous la télé. Il y a une prise murale où est branché un fil qui longe mur et placards et rentre dans le placard , se branche sur 1 prise multiple pour arriver à la pompe d’évacuation d’eau et il n’est pas précisé qu’il ne faut pas débranché ce fil de la prise murale j’ai mis une étiquette.Pour la porte- fenêtre et fenêtre chambre les poignées ne ferment pas. Par vent fort nous avons fermé les volets à 21h et obligés de mettre une grosse pierre afin que les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas malgré que nous ayons fermés la porte de la chambre. Bien évidement c’est vivable mais à remettre en état. Je tiens à signaler un point positif ; la propriétaire, Ariane, est disponible et sa femme de ménage serviableSylvie et Christian V. - 25.07.25

Un logement pratique, bien placé pour profité de la vue sur l’étang mais propreté discutable !
Dans l’ensemble, agréable séjour mais des soucis de propreté, surtout en période de COVID : un appartement qui semble Propre en surface lors de notre arrivée mais par la suite nous avons laver les couvertures / coussins du canapé ainsi que les coussins des chaises extérieures car ils étaient Vraiment plein de poussières et tachés ! Sinon l’appartement contient tout le confort nécessaire à un Séjour agréable : douche italienne, machine à laver, tv, wifi etc... très bonne aération qui ne rend pas la clim indispensable, la vue est très agréable et le centre à 5 minutes à pieds. Une propriétaire très réactive et disponible.
