The property is situated to the ground floor and provides guests with the perfect place to rest and entertain with a large living and dining area with views to the beautiful outside alpine landscape and a wall mounted flat screen TV for guest’s entertainment. A fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired appliances including a hob, oven, dishwasher and more. Guests can enjoy splendid dinner parties here at the spacious dining area and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif before a delicious home cooked meal with family and friends.

The accommodation is perfect for family stays or group skiing holidays with modern and spacious bedrooms fitted with beautiful solid wood furniture all enjoying beautiful views.

The spacious double master bedroom also boasts balcony access as does one of the two spacious twin single bedrooms.

A large modern bathroom fitted with power shower, vanity area with wash basin, WC, bidet and heated towel rack completes the internal accommodation.

Outside guests can enjoy the breathtaking surrounding scenery and the close proximity to the wide selection of amenities in the popular Italian Ski Resort of Livigno.

Super Lage, aber…

Wer Ski fahren möchte wohnt direkt am Lift und an allen Linien der Skibusse. Zur Fussgängerzone ist es etwas zu laufen, man kann aber auch die Skibusse nutzen. Es gibt aber auch alles in der näheren Umgebung (500 m). D

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie eine so niedrige Bewertung abgegeben haben, obwohl der Aufenthalt insgesamt positiv war. Das kleine Problem mit den Entfernungen ist eigentlich kein Problem, da die Fußgängerzone gut mit dem Skibus erreichbar ist und alles Wichtige in der Nähe liegt. January 2017 Good afternoon. Thank you for your vacation. everything was great. Find apartments was not difficult. location is very good. Very close there is a good shop and a good restaurant Bellavista. The house is very warm and inviting. Not only had enough space for drying ski boots. and a very small entrance room. but it is a feature of almost all the apartments in the mountains of Italy. Thanks again. Pavel, Russia
