Ca 'del Bosco is a 16-hectare farmhouse, located on a hill 250 meters above sea level, surrounded by the green Lunigiana mountains.

It is mainly organized in the production of wine and in the breeding of sheep.

The farmhouse stands on the top of the hill, from which you can enjoy an incomparable view of the Val Magra, the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Apuan Alps.

Going down to the sea, the prestigious Cinque Terre resort is easily accessible.

The farmhouse consists of two old farmhouses, one of which is in stone, located within a large garden. A patio and an ancient medieval courtyard covered with an old wisteria define the common areas for the meeting of guests.

The Lilac apartment has a living room with kitchenette, fireplace, double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds (convertible into a double), bathroom with shower. The apartment is furnished with taste and respecting tradition, and equipped with fireplace, independent heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, outdoor barbecue.


Ideal for stays of tranquility and privacy. Thanks also to the pleasant summer climate, mitigated by the fresh air of the Apennines and by the healthy breeze of the Tyrrhenian sea from which it is 30 minutes by car.

From Lunigiana, located on the border with Liguria and Emilia-Romagna, important cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, Parma, Florence, Luni (Etruscan-Roman city exchanged by the Vikings for ancient Rome) are easily reachable, or renowned seaside resorts such as Forte dei Marmi, Portofino, Le Cinque Terre, Lerici and Porto Venere.

For equestrian tourism enthusiasts, we have activated a collaboration with the equestrian center "Ca’ di Rossi ", bordering the farmhouse.

In the vicinity of the farmhouse there is a clay tennis court (active convention for our guests).
