About this property
Modern apartment in the heart of the historic center
Completely renovated apartment in March 2018. It is a nineteenth century house completely renovated, but retaining its original layout, the ceilings are low. The house has been renovated especially for tourist rental. It has two bedrooms, one of them in an alcove, 160x200 king-size bed, safe, computer desk, with a modern newly built bathroom, with hydromassage shower, radiator-towel rail, grifeta (bidet substitute), hairdryer, wc , sink. The other bathroom serves the other room, has shower, sink, towel radiator wc.

The other bedroom has a bunk bed. The living room has a 4 seater sofa, dining table, modern flat screen TV.
The kitchen is also new with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, induction plates.
The floor is warm, the heating is very easy to use, you just have to indicate the desired temperature in the control.
Both bathrooms have free dispensers of shampoo, body wash, soap, and papél.
You will also receive a welcome tray with nespresso capsules, infusions, colacao, etc.
