About this property

This spacious, clean, cozy two bedroom apartment with free off-street parking has all you can wish for in a vacation rental. Located at 604 Central Avenue, 2nd and 3rd floors, a short walk from the boardwalk amusements, water park and beach. We are next to wonderful open space, tennis courts, skateboard park, downtown shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful front porch and fenced-in, shady side yard which is shared with the other apartment. The side yard is only available to dogs who can get along with others. :-) Dogs are welcome if they are quiet. Barking dogs will be a problem because the houses are close to one another. Central Avenue has less traffic because it is not a thru street. * We charge a $150 dog fee. NEW POLICY: WE NO LONGER PROVIDE LINENS. IF HIS PRESENTS DIFFICULTY FOR YOU, PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Cozy

The three of us had an enjoyable and comfortable week here. Being able to have our Plott hound Stella along made it a true family vacation, and being next to the park was convenient for morning walks. It was cozy and comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked, too -- high praise from a foodie snob like me :) The owner made check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Our home away from home

Always love our stays here. It really feels like a second home. So close to everything. Super clean. And the couches are so comfy, I had to ask Olga where she got them!

The house is in the perfect location for everything (shopping on asbury ave, wednesday farmers market). I didnt drive until it was time to go home. Plenty of room for everyone.. including the dog :-)

Wonderful stay in OCNJ

We were 4 adults, 2 kids. Had plenty of space and were very comfortable. Location is perfect for beach, boardwalk and shopping. We had a wonderful stay.
