This is a two bedroom second floor condo located in Ocean City. It has a deck with bbq grill, wifi, air conditioning. Additional outside shower. This unit is a short walk to the desirable 14th street boardwalk. Approximately 10 minute walk at a leisure pace. If you're looking for an affordable clean stay in ocean city this is for you. Note this is a "height restricted apartment" as it does have low ceilings. Does have A frame ceiling in Bedrooms so center is 6'3" at the highest point I'm 5'11" and can walk thru. It Can be rented by the week, multiple weeks or for the summer season. Non smoking,Must be over 21 to rent
