This extremely affordable gem is only 5 houses to the beach with off street parking and an outside shower. We are located close to the excitement of the boardwalk but quiet enough to have an enjoyable, relaxing retreat.

We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a futon bunk bed. The living room has a sectional couch with a flat screen tv.

The porch is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We are walking distance to shops, restaurants ...

Senior Week stay

Me and a few of my friends stayed here for senior week and it was perfect! It is nice and cozy and very clean. We were very pleased with this house and the walk to the beach is the perfect distance!

Family trip

We were so close to the beach which was great with the kids. We also enjoyed being a few streets away from the busier part of the boardwalk but close enough to walk there when we wanted to go. A few parks are located close by. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning/evening.

Great location in OCNJ!

We had a great time for the 3rd year in row at this location. It's a very short, one block walk to the beach. The communication with Jim is great and he is always responsive. We visited with a family of 5 (7, 5, 2 year old kids).

Girls Trip

Location is amazing. Was just the right size for our family of four with two elementary aged kids. Amenities in the house were a little bare. We had to run out for things like hand soap in the bathroom after checking in. House was clean and the host was available for anything.

Great spot in the perfect location

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our little family of 5. The location is a very short walk to the beach and has all you need for a home base. Jim is easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was quite seamless. This is our second year staying here and we’d certainly stay again.

Beach Week OCNJ

Great little house that had easy access to the beach, boards and quiet porch. Porch was great for morning coffee with a cool breeze and no direct sun, after the sun set it was also great for evening cocktails! Place was as described. A little warm at night in the bedrooms which was remedied with keeping doors ajar and opening the windows.

Great location for an Ocean City family vacation

This was a great spot for our family of 5 (5 yo, 3 yo, 4 month old). The beach was a block away and very easily accessible. We were able to have the two older kids stay in the bunks and the infant stayed in our bed room. The outdoor shower made for easy cleanup after a day at the beach. We also very much enjoyed using the front porch. Jim was easy to communicate with and was clear with his expectations for us throughout our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to Ocean City.

Great Spot-As Advertised

This was our 2nd year staying at this location. The condo/apt is as advertised (see pictures). It was super clean and is located just 5 houses from beach. The location is perfect if you want to be near the heart of the OCNJ boardwalk without all the noise. I highly recommend it. We had no issues so there was no need to communicate with owner 😊

Overall a great stay. Super close to beach and short walk to the busy part of boardwalk. Could use a little TLC (caulk in bathroom needs refresh, bathroom mirror frame is rusty and vents (AC and bathroom) really need a cleaning. But those are minor and didn’t affect our stay. Upon arrival sand felt on floors and couch but broom was in closet so we were able to take care of it. Other than those minor things totally worth it. And the front porch is the best place to have coffee or read a book!

Everything was as advertised. I stayed for a full week with my 16 year old son and his two teenage friends and there was plenty of room. The place was spotless when we walked in. Check-in and communication with the owner was great! The beach is literally right up the street. The walk to the main area of the boardwalk was a breeze (literally). I would highly recommend this place.

Jim was super quick with his responses. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Nice front porch to enjoy. Washer and drier was a plus. No A/C in the bedrooms. Not a lot of head room on top bunk. We enjoyed the neighborhood and closeness to the beach. On the quiet end of the boardwalk but easy walk to the action.

Best of both worlds

Nice clean property, perfect for family of 4. Very short walk to lifeguarded beach and boards. Located just far enough to be close to everything but still in a nice quiet area. We were lucky to have quiet upstairs neighbors. Owner is very responsive and was quick to meet our needs. Hope to stay at this property again soon!
