The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, perfect for restful nights, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed, ensuring plenty of space for both kids and adults.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need: linens, dishes, a full oven, microwave, gas stove top, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Front Porch Comfort

We had never stayed in the north end of Ocean City before and loved the location. Quiet and quaint with a lovely park across the street. Great for walking our dog! Also easy access to downtown and a wonderful farmers market and street fair on Asbury Ave. The home is charming and the front porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Return Stay

This was our second time staying and the location can’t be beat. The property looks great after the remodel, and we were very comfortable as a family of 3. I really appreciate dog-friendly rentals, and this one was very dog friendly. We’ve stayed here before, so we knew what to expect, but there’s not much insulation between floors, so you do hear even normal walking and talking in the apartment above. It was fine for us, but if you’re sensitive to noise, might be something to think about. Overall, another great stay!!!

We had a wonderful time at Grace’s beautiful home. Gorgeous home with all the amenities. Quiet street, Asbury shops close by. Beach is a short 10 minute walk. Fenced in yard for your fur baby is a huge plus. My little yorkie didn’t want to leave. Communication with Grace was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location!

A perfect location for beachgoing: near boardwalk, an excellent coffee shop, local shops, and short drive to nature preserves, dog beach, and surrounding attractions. The house is well-stocked for foodies, with ample kitchen gear for the chef in the group. (We took advantage of the crock pot!) Comfortable both in- and outside for small gatherings. The owner was responsive, responsible, and welcoming throughout our stay. All in all, a good choice for our family over the long Thanksgiving weekend.

My family and I liked everything about our stay at this condo. The neighborhood is charming, the yard is lovely and the condo was perfect for us. Lovely Stay in OCNJ

We had a great time during our week in OCNJ! This is our second time staying at this location. We especially like it because we can take our dog. It’s very comfortable for hanging out in the morning and evening. We cooked in for dinner and had everything we needed between the kitchen and grill. The location is a real selling point. You can walk or ride a bike to most anywhere you want to go. We enjoy exploring the north neighborhoods - good eats at Barefoot Market, TJs and Island Grille. Plenty of routes for long dog walks. It was a great week.

Cozy, Comfy Home

This is great home! My family and I enjoyed staying there over Memorial Day Weekend. So many extra features that other houses lack, including a sprayer at the front of the house to remove the sand from your feet, the gorgeous outdoor shower, the comfy couches and propane fire pit in the back, completely fenced in for dogs, and the inclusion of linens. One thing that would have been helpful is a parking spot in the back. Luckily, we found one on the side street, but I would imagine it would be more challenging to find a spot in the summer.

We thought this unit was just about perfect for our family group of four adults, a 16-month-old and a dog, and could only have been improved if it were a few blocks closer to the beach and the boardwalk. The kitchen had a very sensitive smoke alarm, and we'd suggest a note alerting renters to turn on the fan, even when using the toaster. We enjoyed the gas grill, the fenced in yard for the dog, and being just a few blocks from shopping on Asbury Avenue.

We had a great vacation in this first floor unit. It was spacious and comfortably decorated. The house is a 2 story in the historic section of Ocean City. The yard and gardens were very nice. There was plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage sons. We like to eat in and found that everything we needed was provided. The location is great. We could bike and walk everywhere we wanted to go. 4 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, ice cream, restaurants, and shops. We were also lucky to meet the owners. They are very thoughtful and nice. We will recommend this rental to our friends.

Great place!

Perfect for a family of 3 with a 5 year old. Could have easily slept two more people and been comfortable. The place was clean and has everything you would need in the kitchen. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, 10-12 minutes tops. We decided to rent bikes for the week which was a great decision, it saved us 40 minutes a day of beach/play time. Something to think about. 4th street beach is at the quieter end of the boardwalk with Oves being right there. About a 20 minute walk to Wonderland Pier. The Farmers Market next door on Wednesday was such an easy mid week grocery grab. First time staying around 4th Street and I really enjoyed it. Will book again.

Great location but not my favorite

I love rentals that are dog friendly, so I always want to give them the benefit of the doubt. First the good- this place has a great location, very central to town and the beach. It has basically everything you need (barring a dishwasher, but we don’t mind washing our dishes by hand.) There’s plenty of street parking so not having a space isn’t an issue. My trouble was the mattress- it was so hard that it was literally like sleeping on the floor. I barely slept all week and then to make it worse, our final night the cleaning crew or someone was cleaning and vacuuming the second floor at midnight, making it sound like someone was sawing through the ceiling in the middle of the night. There are warnings not to make noise after 10 because it’s a historic house for good reason. We heard every footstep or moved chair upstairs but the renters fortunately went to bed not too long after us most nights. The cleaning was the kicker. I would consider renting an upper floor next time. We had fun at this house, other than sleep troubles.

Horrible Stay and Even Worse Landlord

House is cute. Landlord came unexpected about 2 times to retrieve beach tags which is annoying. Next she was calling me about things left there by previous renters. Her neighbors are very nosey. We went with her because she allowed parties and events and we were looking to have a good time. She even “partied” with us. When her neighbors complained of noise we got blamed and asked to leave within an hour as her neighbors were calling the police which violates the lease. They never called the police. She lied. We were asked to leave and were not allowed to complete a walk through. She filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company stating that there was damage to the property. Watch out if you rent there. She is very shady. Most likely we will be going to court to rectify the situation. Police verified she falsely asked us to leave. She’s crazy.

Very Comfortable Stay

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. We booked it for a long weekend over Labor Day and we brought our basset hound. First, I loved that it is located in the historic neighborhood where most of the homes still retain their original charm. We loved walking the dog and admiring the houses. The entire yard is fenced for your furbabies. It is located only a few short blocks within walking distance to Asbury Avenue and the shops and restaurants. It's a bit of a walk (15 minutes?) to the beach and boardwalk especially when you are hauling all the beach gear. The bathrooms are upgraded as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is tight if you want to cook but there is a nice Weber grill outside. We didnt do any cooking though. The beds are comfy. There are TVs in every room but didnt have any need to watch TV. Overall, great stay and would highly recommend.

Family and Dog stay

The property was excellent. The pictures did not do the place justice as it was recently renovated. My wife and I and young child (1.5 years) stayed in the house and was very happy with the home. The master bedroom was spacious and the rainfall shower was spectacular. This was not a chincy "rainfall shower" on a standard attachment, this was a 2'x2' square with great flow and good pressure from the top of the ceiling. What a joy to wash off after the beach each day! The other bed rooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room and dining room were sufficient. The kitchen is nice but small. There is not very much counter space to prep things. We ended up gilling many of the meals on the Nice weber grill outside to make it easier and free up the kitchen space. The outdoor area was fenced in so we were able to have our dog in the yard when we were outside on the front deck or out back. The front porch was a great spot in the evening for hanging out and enjoying the breeze. The rear outside area was also great with couches and fire pit. The one con that we did not like is the lower level rental has a shared laundry room area and it was not disclosed that as a shared resource. We ran into a couple times when other people were using the washer/dryer during our desired time. But overall, the stay was great, and really enjoyed the place: 9/10.

I grew up with my summers down in Ocean City where we rented a couple weeks at a time. The youngest of six kids we did pretty well having our vacations down here. We had big family gatherings, beautiful days at the beach, and the nightlife of walking the boardwalk. My mother always loved Ocean City, I told her one day I would own a house down here. This place makes me feel close to her. Its a beautiful house and a dream of mine come true. Its just simple, i want to share the joy of our Shore home with all of you in hopes that you find the magical in Ocean City, N.J. as we did as a children and as we still do.

This property is 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, right next to the Tabernacle church whom hosts weekly farmers' market event during the summer season, and Ocean City Skateboard Park. Conveniently close to the shopping district of Asbury Avenue, which is one block behind this house. Fun Summer Events held weekly on OC boardwalk and Asbury Avenue.
