Great Vacation Home

This is our second summer staying at this location and will be planning on coming back. It is perfectly located just a short block from the beach, this home offers all you need and more. Always a plus to be able to bring our furbabies with us too.

Location, location, location!

We had a great stay at this property. We were a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beaches. First floor was easily accessible and convenient. We have stayed at many locations in Ocean City over the last 30 years and this place was one of our favorites. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome stay

We stayed in the #1 unit on the first floor. This condo is close to the boardwalk and the beach. The place is nicely furnished and clean . The owner was easy and nice to deal with. We would stay here again.

Great Pet Friendly Property

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property with our dog. Every thing is within walking distance or a short bike ride that you could possibly need. The owners were very organized with all their communications.

Best vacation ever

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is the sweetest and very accommodating. Loved the decor and accents, very coastal. Comfortable and cozy, like a home away from home. No complaints whatsoever. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with. It’s very hard finding a nice, clean place that allows pets. This house is a dream! Close to beach and boardwalk, this house has everything you need to feel the comforts of home. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

Ocean City 2019

The place is in a great location and convenient to everything both in town and on the Boardwalk. The unit is very clean, updated and comfortable. Kate was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Hope to stay again sometime. Highly recommend!

Location is everything!

This was a wonderful vacation week! The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. The location is amazing! I didn’t move my car for the entire week because we could quickly walk to the beach and boardwalk. Two parking spots and 6 beach tags were an added bonus. I would love to return again next year!

Most relaxing vacation

This vacation was the best family retreat we have had! Incredible house, updated, clean, spacious, relaxing, feels like home... Amazing and responsive sweet owner you could ever ask for! Great location... Boardwalk, beach, local shops, rides, go carts, ice cream, restaurants, grocery store...mini golf you name it! Very family friendly! Will be coming back year after year... Starting a new family tradition!

Great Stay!

We actually rented your first floor unit without seeing it first, only viewing the photos. It was better than expected! Loved the space, decor, location. I would recommend this location to everyone! We appreciated the 2 parking spaces although parking off-season isn't as big a deal as in-season. Dr Ken was great. It was so nice to be greeted by the owner! The location to the boardwalk is wonderful. We will be back!

Retirement celebration

We were celebrating my husbands retirement with our son , daughter in luv and 3 grandbabies The boys 3 and 2 loved thier bunk beds They loved being in thier room sometimes not wanting to come out The condo was awesome The beds were very comfortable We all slept very well We all would like to come back again Kate was very helpful with all our needs She went above and beyound for us

Worth Every Dollar!!!

Where do I even begin?? This condo is fantastic! Clean, updated, and welcoming. It had everything we could possibly need, and the location is unlike any other. The warm and personal touches really make it feel like you just arrived to your own personal beach home. The owners are outstanding to work with, and are the quickest to respond and answer any questions; that alone is worth it. Great location/views, and loved only having to go down a few stairs to walk our dog. We've already booked for next year!

Wonderful stay, will stay again

This rental was wonderful for our whole family. We loved the location, enjoyed the front porch for breakfast and lunch. We also brought our dog and he was comfy as well. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything that we needed. The condo was clean when we got there, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The only (minor) issue is related to the sound from the unit above. There is a long hallway down the center that was prime for kid's running. Also, the noise from the back stairs is fairly loud in the back bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to consider. Overall, would highly recommend and will definitely rent there again!

We loved the condo,since not everyone showed up I feel that next time we need to use the First or second floor condo.Those steps were killer. lol. We enjoyed the view as well. We've already mentioned it to our friends,so hopefully they'll be in touch with you. Other notes: inform people of the thickness of the bedding and in the pictures it showed the middle room with a full bed and one set of bunks,(unit 5) had 2 sets of bunks,kitchen didn't have potholders nor dish towels,oh and one minor thing I went out onto the deck and the metal bar for door locked me out,that was my Duh moment,from then on we placed it down ward. My kids got a kick out of it when I had to call them back from the beach to let me in.
