Renovated (bathroom and floor) 2nd floor unit boasts one of THE best locations on the island. Just 1 block from the 11th and 12th st. beaches (if we were located on the opposite side of the street, we would advertise as beach block), steps to prime boardwalk (Playland's Castaway Cove, Pirates of the Golden Galleon golf), and just 2-3 short blocks to the famous Asbury shopping and restaurant district! Enjoy ocean breezes and people-watching from the large, yet private, covered balcony. This unit boasts a fully stocked kitchen, central air, books and games for the family, a DVD player, foosball table, Roku TVs and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and living area, free WiFi and a no-ads Netflix house account, 24-can beach cooler, beach bag, and beach tags; off-street parking (2 spots), and a shared enclosed outdoor shower and foot-spray hose. If you will be visiting with young children or infants, the bathtub has a frameless sliding door to comfortably bathe children, and we can also provide a high chair, baby gate, umbrella stroller, pack and play, and anti-UV baby beach tent at no additional charge. While this home sleeps up to 9 people (2 queen beds, 1 single over single bunk, 1 single over double bunk), the ideal number of tenants is up to 6-8 based on comfortable dining and lounging seating. Dogs weighing up to 30 pounds are allowed on a case-by-case basis at an additional cost of $200/dog per week. Sorry, no Spring Breakers or lease holders under 25. Linens and towels are not provided, so please be sure to either pack or contact one of the OC linen rental companies ahead of time. We will gladly coordinate with a linens company to accommodate bed-making or linens delivery prior to your check-in if you let us know you are renting linens and desire this! Guests will enjoy prime security and keyless entry as all digital codes are customized to your choice and change with every tenant. No needing to "remember" tricky codes or fumble for keys as you come/go!
All tenants must read and sign our attached Lease Agreement (everyone) and Pet Addendum (if bringing a dog); as well as provide a scan of a valid ID for booking to be accepted and confirmed. If you plan to bring a dog, kindly send a booking inquiry first (not a booking request) until we can review the size/breed of the dog and you can review the terms of our pet addendum. Amazing Trip

Not only was the location great, but the condo was also clean, spacious, and had fun games for us to play on the one day it rained. Perfect location! Walking distance to beach, boardwalk and rides. Could not have a better view of the fireworks!! LOVED IT!

Great vacation getaway

Apartment was in an excellent location, easy access to both the beach and boardwalk. Attractive and well maintained with a beautiful balcony for relaxing in the evenings. Landlords were very accessible and provided information on both the apartment and restaurants, activities, and other amenities. We are already planning to see if the apartment is available for rent next year when we come.

Great stay!

The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We asked for ideas for other activities and were given lots. The closeness to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. The furniture- beds and couches/chairs were SO COMFORTABLE! Parking is tight but once there- we didn’t need to move much. Thank you for an amazing fun filled family vacation !

Amazing stay, best vacation EVER!!

Our best family vacation ever on the OCNJ boardwalk, just 1 block away! Apartment was amazing, very neat and just like the pictures. Amazing views, would sit on the deck to enjoy the cool mornings or evening breezes. A short walk to the boardwalk or we would also ride bikes, close enough to make quick trips to and from the beach during the day. We also brought our dog, very comfy for him too. Overall our best stay ever! Amazing hosts too, very responsive and friendly, warm and welcoming. Very grateful and thankful!!

Absolutely wonderful

First let me say, this place exceeded expectations. The place was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with a great assortment of appliances, pots and pans and dishes and many other thoughtful amenities for guests. Great balcony, great location. I couldn’t ask for more, but there is more! The owners were great communicators, very friendly, provided a lot of useful proactive information as well as were very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.

Just What We Needed

We needed a dog friendly place in Ocean City for the weekend and this place was perfect. The location was so close to the boardwalk! The floors and one of the bathrooms had just been remodeled, and everything else looks new and well maintained. The place is well stocked. The owners were very responsive, nice, and accommodating. The balcony is big and gives a good view of the boardwalk and the ocean. We had a good time down the shore, with no complaints. Would rent again.

Great Location

We have stayed in OC for many years on a family vacation. This property was definitely a great location. It was clean and comfortable for all of us. The furnishings were lovely and good quality and accommodated all age groups in our family. The only complaints are….we ran out of hot water several times during our stay. One morning we woke up to at least 10 seagulls destroying the trash. The dumpster was full and lids were off. Trash was everywhere and the seagulls were all over our cars! We remember in the past trash being picked up more frequent.

We contacted the HOA (who handles the trash contract with the condominium) and learned Gold Medal Environmental missed pickups and had disrupted service for both the week of 14-Aug and 26-Aug--which aligns with your stay. We apologize and share your frustration, as nobody wants to see trash and feasting seagulls lingering out back, and hope you can understand this was outside our control. We do believe GME had many disputes with Ocean City this year, which may have spilled into service disruptions. As for the hot water, we are surprised to hear this as we replaced the tankless water heater fairly recently (<3 yrs), and are proactive in doing regular flush and check-in appointments to ensure it’s throwing a perfect shower. Since we haven’t heard of this complaint before, we would like to follow-up with you on more details (sink vs shower, time it ran cold, etc), to determine the root issue and deduct it wasn’t just the typical “sandwich effect” of tankless water heaters. The property is great. It was very clean, easy and very comfortable. The location is great. A block off the boardwalk between 11th & 12th. The digital locks made the access to the unit so easy from both entrances. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms perfect. The water pressure was great for showers and the water was hot. The outside shower was convenient for sandy feet. We'd love to stay at this condo again. It was worth every penny. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

We had the best 1st family vacation!!!

My husband and I had the best week away with our little 9-month old girl. It was her 1st vacation and ours as a family of 3 - this property had EVERYTHING we could need for her! We were a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, which was great with a baby. The unit was clean and organized well - it made our week there so relaxing!

What a great rental property!

Lauren & Rich have a great property. Location is perfect...quick walk to beach/boardwalk. Beautiful covered deck with comfortable furniture (my favorite spot!!). This home was so well equipped with everything you need...fully stocked kitchen..and I mean fully stocked. All the things any cook would need. Each bedroom was comfortable with plenty of space, ceiling fans, great closet space, TVs....just beautiful. We felt like we had all the comforts of home in a beach setting...what more could you ask for. Thanks for letting us rent. We will be back! The Moyer's

Why they chose this property

We have always loved the old-fashioned main street vibe of Ocean City, but it wasn't until we had young children that we fully realized how much we enjoyed the "simple pleasures" of a vacation in this location. This home is a place you can visit and never touch the car (or those 5-point car seat harnesses) all week. Do you want to try an amazing Fractured Prune donut or buy dad a 1975-collector's edition antique gem? It's a 5 minute stroll to Asbury and all its shopping. Do you need to run home a couple times during the beach day because you forgot the toddler's sunscreen or the dog needs attention? It's a two minute stroll from beach blanket to your front door. No need to pay or struggle with parking for the prime parts of the boardwalk, water parks, or surrey biking as it is RIGHT THERE.
