Only 400 feet to the beach! Condo is across the street from the beach and boardwalk. This beachside retreat features a first or second floor condo that both have porches with a beautiful view of Ocean City and has been recently renovated and features a granite kitchen and bathroom, two flat screen smart TV's, ceramic tile and more.

Brand new for 2021 season-new top of the line queen size mattresses and new custom bed frames in all condo’s bedrooms. New for 2022 season-new deluxe cool gel memory foam queen size mattresses in the sleeper sofas for the best comfort and great night’s sleep. 2 sets of queen size bed linens, 2 blankets, 6 bed pillows and pillow cases are provided for you use. Condos are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant, bleach, air sanitizer and floor sanitizer after every guest.

We are located within 400 feet to the beach and boardwalk. 218 Corinthian Avenue is located between 2nd & 3rd Street in the exclusive Gardens area in Ocean City. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch that overlooks a relaxing view of beautiful Ocean City.

Other features include WiFi with Google Home WiFi System for excellent internet access, Dish Network TV with over 300 premier channels, new Keurig K-Duo Single Serve and Carafe Coffee Maker, outdoor enclosed shower and two window unit air conditioners in each condo. Two beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach buggy carts are available for your use. There is bike storage space in the backyard. There are no electric charging accommodations for electric vehicles or E-bikes. Everything you need for a great shore vacation is right here.

You can park your car and walk to everything. We are across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Recreation center with basketball courts, football/soccer field, volleyball, skateboard park, track, shuffleboard, playground are three blocks away. Wonderland Pier with its amusements and mini-golf are only three blocks away. Asbury Avenue's shops and restaurants are an easy 15 minute stroll.

Comfortable and convenient

Took a quick trip to OC and stayed here just a block from the ocean. Place is well appointed and parking was easy right out in front.

Cozy little condo 🏖

Cute one bedroom one bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Nice front balcony. Great Wi-Fi and well provided with linens, towels and home and kitchen items. So close to beach!

Perfect for two people and a small pup!

Just about 1/2 block to Boardwalk and beach. Great porch to sit on and watch the passersby. Everything you need for a stay there. I should have asked about the sheets. They were so darn soft I want to run out and buy a batch. Extra pillows, too. Very gracious owners.

Cute little place one block from the beach

My mother and I decided to spend Easter weekend at the shore. It's a cute apartment in a traditional two-storey shore house (two apartments on first floor and two on the second). Free and plentiful street parking (might be busier during the high season), nice front porch, 2-minute walk to quiet, clean north end beaches, but also not too far from boardwalk shops, Wonderland, and more. Easy check-in process, neat and clean rooms, comfy couch and recliner, wifi, dish tv, plus access to Netflix and other streaming services. Towels, blankets, sheets provided, plus all the kitchenware and appliances you could possibly need. Not a ton of space but perfect for two people or two couples who are well acquainted and don't mind sharing close quarters. We brought my mom's little (20lb) dog and had no problems...we appreciated the opportunity to bring a pet! We had a nice stay and would return!
