We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. It is very close to all the places we wanted to see. It also had a grocery store right across the street. Two very nice bedrooms each with their own bathroom!
Great location in a lovely town close to golf courses and many other attractions. Visits toSt Andrews, Lovely town of Falkland and the Kingsbarn Gin Distillery were highlights. Locally the Courtyard Restaurant and Watts were very good . The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the welcome pack of food was a nice touch although there is easy access to 3 suprmarkets. The only adverse comment for future guests is to be aware that there are lots of steps to be negotiated from the entry door to the bedrooms
Such a wonderful find! Lovely property with so much character. The welcome basket was so appreciated after a long drive.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location
Fabulous historic apartment right in the centre of town overlooking the main streets.
We were visiting our daughter at St Andrews University and this was a great location to allow us to do this and we also managed a visit to Edinburgh.
We were staying over the Easter weekend and the Easter eggs in the hamper was a lovely touch.
Our daughter still has 3 years to go at Uni and this place will definitely be on our favourites list whenever we need to visit.

Exceeded all expectations
Thank you Beth for a fantastic place to stay.
It’s location is ideal for seeing so much on the east coast, close enough to get down to Edinburgh and see its sights and a stones throw from historic and beautiful St Andrews and Crail
The accommodation exceeded all expectations and though the pictures are good they don’t do justice to the quality of the place and it’s quirky historic style
The welcome hamper was lovely with great produce and you cater for every need we could have had and more!!
Your welcome information book was great and gave insight to places to eat on the doorstep
Overall could not fault and the best place of this type that have stayed - thank you 😊

Fife Historic Buildings Trust (FHBT) work with others to find new users and funding to give a long-term future to historic buildings at risk. We have helped deliver over £30m in historic environment regeneration projects in Fife, supporting town centres, businesses, tourism and local communities. FHBT owns two apartments Kinghorn Town Hall and John McDouall Stuart View, these are rented out throughout the year as holiday lets, with the profit going to maintaining these and other properties.
Throughout 2017/2018 FHBT managed the Cupar Burgh Chambers project, this was removing the property from the buildings at risk register and working along contractors to restore the property and give it a new use. FHBT will take over the management of the property so it can be used as a holiday let
