Upon entry to Ampersand, the feeling of ample space hits you as soon as you arrive into the large living room, complete with a flat-screen Smart TV facing a cosy leather sofa. There is also a large dining table with seating for up to 8 guests, which leads to the covered balcony which has a table and chairs.
The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, and an additional TV. It also includes a washing and a drying machine.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, flat-screen TV, dressing room with storage and even an elliptical exercise machine. You are able to access the bathroom from this bedroom, but it is also accessible from the main hallway. The bathroom features both a shower over bath with whirlpool setting, and a generous walk in shower. The toilet and a second sink are separated from the shower/bath area by sliding doors.
Next to the kitchen area, we find the second bedroom, consisting of a Murphy bunk bed to comfortably accommodate two extra guests, but can also be folded away to create a home office if needed, there is also an additional TV.
