Beautiful home in Castel Vetrano

The home is beautiful, peaceful and full of nature. Close to the park and one and a half blocks from the beach. The service was beyond anything I could have imagined. We will make it a point to come back to this home on our next Sicilian trip. This was 200«ove expectations

Best Host & Beautiful Beach!

You are less than a 10 minute walk from a long sandy beach with a restaurant and the option to rent chairs & umbrella for a few Euros. Amazing ruins on a hill overlooking the sea that you can walk to and places to eat there as well. Small fishing port downtown with MANY places to eat & drink on the waterfront, also all walkable. As for our hosts, Calogero and his lovely wife could not be more helpful. If there is anything you need you just have to ask, no matter how big or small. We were gifted with fresh lemons and local fruit (must try) from his trees, as many as we could eat and take with us! As well as the most amazing pastries on Sunday morning. They are the best hosts we have ever had and we have been renting homes around the world for over 30 years. I hope some day we have the opportunity to visit Selinunte again.

Der Aufenthalt in der Casa Waida bei Lillo und Elisabetta hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Gastgeber sind ganz besondere, wunderbare Menschen. Sie sind ansprechbar und bereit auch die kleinsten Fragen oder Unsicherheiten zu lösen, sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und überaus sauber. Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter sind in allen Räumen verfügbar. Das große Plus ist die großzügige Terrasse, ein zweites Wohnzimmer. Die Casa Waida liegt sehr günstig, zum Strand sind es ca 300 m zu Fuß, zum Hafen und ins Ortszentrum ca. 1 km, also auch noch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Parken in der Casa Waida ist auch mit einem großen Wagen kein Problem.Wir haben uns bei LIllo und Elisabetta sehr wohl gefühlt und danken beiden von Herzen.

Séjour chaleureux.

Merci à Elisabetta et Lino pour l'accueil, la gentillesse et le dévouement qu'ils nous ont donné tout au long de notre séjour. Le gîte est très agréable et fonctionnel. il ne manque absolument rien pour qui veut cuisiner, profiter de la terrasse et se reposer dans les vastes chambres. Un joli bord de mer à 15 minutes à pieds pour la baignade et les couchés de soleil. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

for the price of a room we got a house ! the owner leaves next door..! and it is a plus ! Lilo will do anything to make your stay a pleasant one, Sicily hospitality at it's best, the house is 10min. waking to the beach and 5min drive to Selinunte archaeological site

The improvement i would suggest is that they put a sign on the street where you turn in. Expedia failed to put an address on the confirmation so we had to drive around for an hour trying to randomly find the house. Very poor marks for expedia

Il proprietario di casa è stato gentilissimo ci ha fatto scoprire il sito archeologico di Selinunte con il tempio greco visitabile dall’interno... un’esperienza unica in uno scenario bellissimo. Consiglio questa casa e il posto che però è a 90 km da Agrigento e dalla scala dei turchi, ma un ottimo punto x vedere tutte le città vicine di una Sicilia da scoprire.

Elisabetta et Lilo sont des hôtes extraordinaires! Ils ont été aux petits soins: petites courses faites, accueil chaleureux, conversation sympathique, petits gestes ... La maison est grande, propre et agréable, le jardin est magnifique. En 10 ans de location, nous n'avons jamais rencontré d'hôtes aussi accueillants! Merci encore.

La famiglia Goubard è stata da noi accolta molto favorevolmente, ospiti carini, educati, gentili. Ci auguriamo che il loro soggiorno sia stato piacevole, augurandogli un buon rientro speriamo che rimanga loro impresso un buon ricordo della Sicilia.
