Located on the wild coast of the Iroise sea, 30 minutes north of Brest, this pretty house redecorated you will discover the many facets of the Breton culture. Close to the port of Portsall and sandy beaches, in a quiet and charming street, you will have a cozy holiday home, clean and functional ... Pink hydrangea is the king of the garden!


We offer a beautiful house of 80 sqm, for 4 persons and a child under 3 years. Renovated, fully furnished and equipped. It is located 1.5 km from the beach, in a quiet environment. This one-story house, marine and tastefully decorated, is situated south-west. It has a private enclosed garden of 300 sqm and a private outdoor garage.

At the ground floor there is a large living room / dining room / kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, you will receive two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The exterior of the house, meanwhile, built a garden -where pink hydrangea is king- with terrace and a garage.

You can also enjoy the many attractions of the Breton region with activities such as:

 - Walks: Small fishing harbor and beaches of Portsall sand tourism Road, Castle Trémazan, Kersaint Chapel, Chapel St. Gonvel, Chapel of St. Samson, Canons House, Garden, Moulin-Neuf, Anchor the Amoco Cadiz, Guilligui, Ile Carne...

- Gastronomy: Kig ha Farz, crepes and galettes, Far Breton, Kouign Aman Breton Cake, and other Chouchen (seafood, fish, Breton bread, cider, beer).

Traumhafte zwei Wochen

Das Haus befindet sich in nächster Nähe zum Meer in einer sehr ruhigen Seiten Strasse. Es ist gut ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war überdurchschnittlich gut. Vor allem hat uns der Hybrid Pellet Kaminofen gefallen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Alice und Holger aus Deutschland La maison est située très près de la mer dans une rue très calme. Il est bien équipé et en très bon état. La communication avec la propriétaire était supérieure à la moyenne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cheminée hybride à granulés. Absolument recommandé. Alice et Holger d'Allemagne

Portsall ist ein fantastischer Ort um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. DasFerienhaus liegt optimal für Wanderungen und andere Ausflüge. In ruhiger Straße und freundlicher Nachbarschaft lassen sich auch regenerische Tage prima genießen. Die Aussttattung ist gut und die Fürsorge durch die Vermieterin außergewöhnlich und liebevoll.

Sejour de rêve en Bretagne

Excellent séjour, parfait pour découvrir la Bretagne. A deux pas du GR34, la maison est très bien placée. Portsall est un petit village très sympa à découvrir. Côté maison, rien à redire. Tous les équipements sont de qualité. Literie et canapé très confortables. Communication parfaite avec la propriétaire. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Hell, gemütlich, schöner Garten

Stilvolles, älteres Ferienhaus in der wohl schönsten Wohngegend Portsalls. Wundervolle Spaziergänge beginnen direkt vor der Haustür, ein kleiner Tante Emma Supermarkt ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Höhepunkt des Domizils ist das gemütliche Sofa im lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den herrlichen, großzügig angelegten Garten mit vielen Blumen. Dort haben wir mit einem guten Buch so manche gemütlliche Stunde verbracht, ebenso auf der schönen Terrasse. Die beiden großen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß sind stilvoll eingerichtet, haben aber nur sehr wenig Stauraum für das persönliche Gepäck. Die Küche ist aus älteren Möbeln zusammengewürfelt und das einzige Bad (im Erdgeschoß neben der Küche) war feucht und veraltet. Die Mitarbeiter des Verwaltungsbüros waren sehr nett, kannten sich aber im Haus kaum aus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, die technischen Geräte (Backofen, Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschtrockner) funktionieren einwandfrei, alles ist sehr sauber und der ummauerte Garten ist perfekt für kleine Kinder. Wenn ich wieder einmal eine Urlaubswoche in Portsall verbringe, werde ich dieses Haus mit Sicherheit noch einmal mieten.

Hell, gemütlich, schöner Garten

Das Haus ist blitzsauber, überaus gemütlich und umgeben von einem schönen Garten voller Blumen. Highlight ist das bequeme Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit Blick aus dem Garten , toll sind auch die zwei großen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer mit neuwertigen Matratzen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es leider kein WC und kein Bad und auch Stauraum für das persönliche Gepäck ist Mangelware, man sollte also einen gut eingeteilten Koffer mitbringen. Küche ist groß, hell und gut ausgestattet, jedoch aus alten Möbeln zusammengewürfelt. Das kleine und einzige Bad (enthält auch das einzige WC) ist renovierungsbedürftig, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus, das wir gerne auch wieder buchen werden

Wunderbar! Immer wieder!

Zur Ankunft erwartete uns ein bretonischer Gruß- Kekse und Cidre, eine Postkarte..., danke, Gwen!! Wie auf den Bildern: das Haus ist über-komplett eingerichtet, sehr gut gepflegt, viele liebevolle Details, sehr sauber- eintreten und sofort wohl fühlen!! Auch das französ. Bett ist wunderbar geeignet für einen erholsamen Schlaf in diesem zauberhaften, ruhigen Haus. Der kleine Ort ebenso wie der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Details über die Umgebung (wo findest du was) sind in einem Ordner zusammengestellt. Am liebsten würden wir sofort wieder hinfahren.... SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT!
