Villa "Casa Nina" is beautifully set in a fantastic location of Monte Biarritz, on the border between Estepona and Marbella - West of the enchanting Marbella city center (10 min drive), and just a 5 minute drive from the glamorous Puerto Banus.
This lovely, light and airy accommodation is arranged over two floors. Upon entering the villa on the Ground floor, you are greeted with the openness of a 'mezzanine style' hallway and landing. This has been stylishly decorated and furnished with a seating area which then flows through into the lounge. The Lounge has a comfortable leather corner sofa and is fitted with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. Continue through the lounge and you gain access onto one of the covered terraces, furnished with sofas, a coffee table and an outside dining area. From this terrace you also have access to the garden and a large terrace leading to the heated, 10mx6m private pool (additional charge applies for heating the pool). From the lounge you go through to the separate dining room, elegantly furnished with leather covered dining chairs and a dining table which also features a convenient serving hatch through to the large, well-equipped kitchen.
This floor also includes two of the five bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with twin beds and benefits from a ceiling fan, an A/C unit and a wall radiator for the cooler months. The other room is furnished with a king-size bed and it is also equipped with a wall mounted, flat screen TV, 2 armchairs and a fireplace. The ground floor also offers a bathroom fitted with a walk in shower and WC.
Ascend the lovely, open staircase to the First floor and take in the charming view down to the lower level and the lovely entrance hall. On this floor you will find three more bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and offers fitted wardrobes, an A/C unit and on-suite bathroom. The second is fitted with a king-size and offers fitted wardrobes, an A/C unit, a ceiling fan and a fitted radiator. This bedroom gives access to the second covered terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs, a hanging chair and offers wonderful views over the surrounding area and down to the garden, pool and sea. The final bedroom is fitted with a double bed and also benefits from fitted wardrobes, A/C, a ceiling fan and a fitted radiator. The second bathroom is located on this floor and has a bidet and a bath with shower fitting. The third, open terrace is also found on this floor.
