Stay in Guadalmina

We loved our end of the year stay at the villa. There’s plenty of room for kids and even a pet to run around in the garden and our whole group had a great time. Communication was quick and effortless. Would recommend this stay to everyone.

Nice villa with good location

Wonderful time had by all

The property and grounds were spacious and well presented with plenty of space to be by yourself or with others. Well located close to shops, restaurants, beaches, sporting activities and night life, without it being too close to opt out :)

Very nice and beautyfull villa!

The villa is very spacious and the garden is perfect with swimmingpool. We had a great time here. The communication before our arrival was good and also when whe had arrived. Good cleaning halfway through our stay. The location is perfect. You can go to Marbella/Puerto Banus and Estepona in maximum 15 minutes drive. We would highly recommand the villa to Family and friends.

Great Villa, but unlucky stay for us.

Villa is great. Clean & Spacious. Parking, garden, pool all adequate and we enjoyed ourselves the best we could. Area is great for dining also. However.... Our second night at the property, and it was broken into via an upstairs balcony window (forced open), and our belongings stolen. Property does not have content insurance, so the valuable watches & jewellry stolen are not going to be replaced. We were not given a code for the alarm system, nor were we given any sort of assurance / safety for the remainder of our stay. We decided to stay as we had no where else to go, with still 3 days of our holiday remaining, so we did not leave the villa at all, to ensure all our belongings were with us. This was a very clean, professional robbery. Scared the daylights out of us and we barely slept 2 nights afterwards. The villa itself is a great place, just a shame of the area, its apparantly common as from what the security guards based in the area told us, that street also has seen is fair share of break ins, some violent, some not. We would like to return, only if there are bars on ALL windows. Thank you again

Dear Christian, Thank you very much for your evaluation. We are very sorry you have been the subject of a robbery, although according to what we were informed, they did not take anything of value and you did not want to report the theft to the police. It is the first robbery we have in 15 years and we hope it will be the last, we take note of your recommendation and we are going to install bars on that window as well. The villa is located on a private property with 24 hour security and a surveillance car allways running, it is very quiet but effectively you can never be sure that there is not going to be a robbery. Once again, thank you for your comment and we hope you have been able to enjoy the villa nonetheless

Great property, amazing location

We had an incredible time in this property. From beginning to end the experience was great. Sheila, the property manager, made herself available at any time, even when we locked ourselves out of the house at 10:30 pm. I loved the location as it is close enough to Puerto Banus (10 min drive), 15 min walk to grocery, bakery and restaurants, but quite and private enough if you want to avoid big crowds. One more thing - the backyard is amazing , if you come with kids they have plenty of room to run and play; the pool was impeccable. Thanks for a great experience, I would definitely go back to this property.

Beautiful villa, lived up to all expectations

This was the second time we have stayed in this villa, so we knew what to expect. Everything was very clean and comfortable, all appliances were in perfect working order, and we found everything we needed, even down to a cot for the baby and pool toys for the older children.The pool and garden were wonderful, and the garden area and seating have recently been refurbished to a high standard. Both the housekeeper and the gardener were most obliging and helpful. The security of the villa is excellent. There are good shops and a garage conveniently nearby. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday and will definitely return yet again. I would like to add that the owner of the villa has maintained contact with us, and it was very easy to arrange such matters as paying for our stay and our time of arrival.

This is a beautiful big villa in a great location, you can walk to the beech which has a lovely restaurant. The outside area & pool is amazing & all facilities were there. Perfect family house!

We had a wonderful holiday in this truly beautiful villa. Rooms are all very comfortable , clean and well-maintained, and the property exceeded all our expectations. We were close to amenities such as Kids Kingdom, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Ceila, who met us to show us around the house, was very helpful, and quick to reply to a question we texted to her. We would definitely recommend this property to any family with children, and we certainly hope to return next year. Well worth a visit!

Just an excellent stay

Where to start? Well, for a number of reasons, our booking turned out to be a little complicated. This gave us an opportunity to see that the owner, Belen, always replies quickly and accurately which is excellent. The Villa was better than described. We expected everything to be clean and faultless and it was. Shelia showed us around the villa and managed to explain everything to two English people with no knowledge of Spanish at all. We loved the large garden and the lovely swimming pool, both enjoyed by our granddaughter during our stay. I would recommend this villa to anyone, go and have a great holiday!
