The luxurious Villa Paz is in the highly desirable urbanization of Don Pedro (opposite 5* Hotel Elba). The present owners have totally refurbished it to its present immaculate condition. With new central air conditioning throughout, new contemporary kitchen with integrated Siemens appliances, new bathrooms and 4 bedrooms having en-suites there is so much this villa has to offer. The sun room has the sun all day. The pool, main patio and garden are south facing and have the sun all day. Secluded patio to the rear of the property offers private sun bathing. The upper terrace has views of Gibraltar and Morocco and is an excellent place for pre dinner drinks to take in the mountains and lovely sunsets. Internet has been upgraded to fibre optic. By car, Estepona is only 5 mins away where you will find excellent restaurants serving an amazing variety of tapas, fish and seafood, pizza right through to French. Estepona marina has some lovely restaurants and bars. On a Sunday morning there is a market at the port and its an excellent time for a leisurely lunch. The beach and Hotel Elba approximately 500m. About 15-20 minutes away is Puerto Banus where the rich and famous hang out and drive alongside the marina with their Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Why not have a cocktail at the marina and watch the world go by? Estepona, Marbella and Sotogrande all have local markets where you can pick up some great bargains. The market in Estepona on Wednesday morning has some very good fruit and vegetables along with the usual market goods. Gibraltar is only 1/2 hour drive away (take your passports). If you are feeling a bit more adventurous why not add a trip to Morocco? Taking into consideration the neighbours and the quietness of the area.

British family owned, previously lived overseas for a number of years, now back living in United Kingdom. The villa was purchased for holidays and eventually retirement. In view of this, we have completely renovated the villa to the high standard we expect ourselves.
Why they chose this property
The property is private and situated in the highly desirable Don Pedro Urbanization. It is on two plots with two entrances (one with electric gate). It is at the edge of the urbanisation and has amazing views towards Gibraltar and the Moroccan coastline. We loved Estepona the minute we came to look for property. The neighbours and people of Estepona are lovely, the food amazing, the weather great, it really was a no-brainer. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.
