Modern villa in a huge private and protected property, in a quiet location. Private overflowing swimming pool of 15m x 6m with terraces in full sun and shade. Over 300 days of sunshine a year, with a pleasant breeze from the sea. Covered terrace in front and behind the house to enjoy the sun all day. Superb garden with flowers and palm trees and plenty of room for children to let off steam while staying in a secure enclosure.

From 13 travelers you will automatically have the apartment at no extra charge. For less than 13 travelers, you can rent the apartment for an additional € 450 / week.

Amazing villa with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Communication with the host was great, and any issues we had were dealt with promptly. We didn’t hire a car, and enjoyed the walks. Taxi’s were easy enough to call.

Perfect stay

The villa is even better than described. Very clean, spacious, luxury and completely furnished. I cannot think of anything that we disliked or missed. The host is very kind and responds quickly on questions. No doubt that I recommend this and villa and it is very likely that we will come back!

Family Break

Lovely property and stay. Friendly little local village up the hill one way and a lot more going on down the hill to the beach the other way. We never had a car and found it just fine but we are all relatively fit and healthy, may be a struggle if your a bit older or not so good on your feet without one. The people in the village of Manila were so friendly, the guy from the local supermarket (Suma) used to deliver our shopping down to the villa once we had been up and picked/paid for it all. Mina and her husband who look after the villa were both lovely too.

Heerlijk verblijf in een ruime villa met zicht op zee en bergenIn april genoten we van een prachtig groen Spanje met zon, af en toe wat wind – ideaal voor uitstapjes naar Marbella, Estepona of het binnenland. De woning is perfect voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden: grote oprit met parkeerplek, een afgesloten tuin met speeltuin en een zwembad van 15 meter met uitzicht op zee – wat een luxe!Binnen vind je een ruime keuken, aparte wasruimte met machines en wijnkoeler, en een gezellige leefruimte met flatscreen. Er zijn meerdere slaapkamers, verdeeld over beneden en boven, telkens met ruime badkamers. Ook aan kinderen of extra gasten is gedacht dankzij uitklapbedden, kinderbedjes en extra slaapruimte.Kortom: comfortabel, kindvriendelijk en prachtig gelegen – een aanrader!

La casa es perfecta y cuenta con todas las comodidades y accesorios para disfrutar de la estancia. Amplios espacios, jardín y piscina ideales y muy limpia. La única pega, por poner alguna, es que la entrada a las casa ( al menos en el mes de agosto) es tarde y la salida muy pronto, lo que hace que se pierda casi un día de las vacaciones.

Great location, amazing views, spacious villa and lovely outside space

Perfect location with only a short drive to the beach, a supermarket at the end of the road and easy access to the A7 which made day trips to Marbella (30 mins), Sotogrande (10 mins) and the waterpark towards Gibralter (30mins) easy. The outside space, pool, basketball net and football goal are great for the kids (aged 7 - 17) and the seating area great for group dinners with fantastic views.

Supermooi en goed onderhouden villa. In de buurt van het strand in Manilva en nabije grotere steden goed bereikbaar. Ook Mina, de ‘housekeeper’, was zeer behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar. Top dus!

In de villa was alles voor 15 personen aanwezig. Ruimte rondom de villa is voor de opgroeiende kinderen volop aanwezig om te voetballen en te spelen. Tip: een aantal mobiele parasols voor bij het zwembad zijn zeker gewenst.

Huset var jättebra, jättefin trädgård. Dessvärre var vattnet i poolen grumligt p g a tidigare sandstorm. 2 rum låg i annan byggnad, lägenheten, men fungerade bra. Trycket på vattnet i duscharna kunde vara högre. Vi kan nog tänka oss att hyra huset igen.

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Del Sol! The Villa was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous sunrise views from the house, deck, and pool area. We especially appreciated Mina and her cheerfulness in meeting us early and ensuring our stay was wonderful. Our group celebrated our wedding on the site and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and with the minor exception of a shower problem in one room meet the expectations of our guests and my wife. We would gladly come again!

Buen Chalet para ir varias familias.

Estuvimos 1 semana y la casa es una pasada. La recomiendo. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. La cocina enorme y bien equipada. La piscina buenisima y con unas vistas impresionantes al Mar. Probably the best view from the area

The host is flexible, reachable and helpful for any kind of recommendations. Mila & her husband (staff house) are lovely and are open to help & organise anything you want. The house is spacious and has all the needs for a big group. The view is extraordinary..mountains on one side, sea on the other, just perfect. Just 5-10 minutes from the 1st Beach and many restaurants. We definitely recommend this place. We spent a wonderful week. Thanks to everybody & see you soon

A landlord who communicates swiftly and a local couple who are standby to visit the house if necessary. Great heated pool as the sea was simply too cold for us. The house is really well kept. A big bravo to Minna and her sister.

The villa has amazing views and is very handy to the beach, shops and restaurants, and airports.
The climate boasts more than 330 days of sunshine per year, and the proximity to the strait of Gibraltar means that it’s not stinking hot in summer thanks to the sea breeze.

What makes this property unique

I love views and think the view from the villa is one of the best on the coast of Spain. The secluded property means you’re on your own so you can do what you like without worrying about bothering neighbors.
