Stunning sea views, perfect for group trips. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, parks, shops and playground. Private jacuzzi, BBQ, and shared communal pool (maximum 5 adults access at a time, per household. No restrictions for under 18 year old). With a life guard available in the summer. Access to another pool with no restrictions, 2 mins drive away, which is also open in the winter.

The property is just five minutes walk from the the choice of two beaches. We provide beach towels so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. The beach promenade is a great walk along the coast to walk to nearby town and Port. The space spacious bedrooms all with stunning views of the coastline. Fast and reliable wifi and TV with different International channels.



Conveniently located near various amenities, this villa allows residents to enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding area while still being within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, parks, skateboard park, basketball and football pitches, zip liner, shops, and bars.

Whether you're looking to have a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk, enjoy a meal with a view, or simply soak up the coastal atmosphere, the presence of the boardwalk and its accompanying restaurants and chiringuitos adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the villa's location and enhances the overall lifestyle experience. Great views & location

We really enjoyed our stay with a group of friends. The ocean views from the terraces and house are incredible. The beach that you can walk to has an awesome restaurant and sun loungers which were great. Very recommendable stay and well equipped house. There’s a/c in all rooms and a bbq.

Family holiday

The accommodation itself was perfect. I was unaware that it is a private community, some of the residents didn’t approve of others renting out their villas. The walk to the beach was long and over a footbridge across a main road with a very busy roundabout, if I’d known this I wouldn’t have chosen this location.

Excellent villa and location!

Excellent location , within a beautiful and well kept area. Beautiful views with an easily accessible beach with an adjacent restaurant , which we frequented. We spent 8 days here, and they were wonderful. Joe is a great host and very responsive to any questions. He gave us some really good tips when we checked in. The villa itself is fabulous. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Immaculate villa with all the amenities as listed. The pool is amazing and the views out to the sea are equally so. It’s walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Overall, we loved the villa and our trip and hope to return same time next year!

Poor Pool Amenities

We were a group of 9 and the Villa was perfect for us. The pool amenities were very poor - we were a group of 9 and when booking requested that we would have pool access daily. The weekend before we travelled we were advised that the communal pool would only allow 5 adults access at one time. Its a very small pool and only a few sun loungers. We were advised that we could drive to a close by pool at a different complex. We had no choice but to do this. It really was very poor and would never have booked this property if we were advised of this initially. The photos of the pool on the booking page are off the big pool in the other complex (which you need a car to drive to) and not of the small pool. We were very disappointed with this aspect of the property and we would not return to this property

Magnifique maison très agréable avec une vue panoramique et sublime sur la mer l endroit est calme parfait pour se reposer cependant il est préférable d avoir un véhicule pour se déplacé et faire ses courses la piscine commune restreint les horaires et le nombre de personne en raison du covid mais dans l ensemble nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison

Perfect house with beautiful view!

After renting houses all over the world I think we have seen most of what you can run into. This house left nothing more to wish fore. A fantastic place, with great beds, clean hot tub, sharp knifes, excellent BBQ and beautiful light from morning to night. Truly a gem on the south coast of Spain and off the beaten track in regard of Malaga and Marbella. Don't miss out on a lunch in the sun at Sal och fantastic fish at Ramos, just a 15 min walk down the beach. No remarks what so ever. All in all a great place! Wish we hadn't have to leave.

Absolut genialer Ausblick von so ziemlich jedem Zimmer auf die schöne Bucht. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Räume sind mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet und lichtdurchflutet - und mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Am besten ist die perfekte Ausrichtung, sodass die Sonne von in der Früh bis zum Abend genossen werden kann. Die Abwicklung selbst war komplett unkompliziert, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besser geht fast nicht!

Een heerlijk huis met een schitterend uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We zijn zeer tevreden over deze woning. Heel veel ruimte en grote ruime slaapkamers. Een prachtig uitzicht door de grote ramen, maar ook de terrassen zijn zeer aangenaam. Alles is echt goed geregeld. ook het contact met Joe Hoff is zeer prettig. Hij reageert direct op mail of sms. Het is absoluut een aanrader om hier op vakantie te gaan. Zeker ook als je voor je rust gaat. Winkels zijn dichtbij maar je hebt wel een auto nodig. Voor uitgaan moet je wel naar Marbella. Een heerlijke plek.

Amazing villa with fantastic views.

We had an amazing time, perfect setting with incredible views from every room. It is often difficult to find a villa that gives comfort, luxury and privacy to 3 couples, but this villa had it all. The surrounding complex and pool are also very well maintained and peaceful. We hope to return in the near future.

We bought our apartments and villa here in Casares simply because the area is so beautiful and diverse. The location is peaceful and spacious, and there’s plenty to do nearby if you want to be active - beach/golf/walking/cycling/bird watching etc. If you do just want to chill – it’s fab! If you're into great food, there's so much choice from casual beach-side, international in Duquesa, Marbella and Puerto Banus, and rural ventas -traditional Spanish, including some fantastic conversions.

Why they chose this property

We love Casares Costa because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport less than an hours drive away.

For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby Casares golf and the Dona Julia golf course.
