Villa with sea view, easy beach access, private heated pool

We are naturally disappointed that the villa did not fully meet Paul’s expectations, particularly as we made every effort throughout his stay to address his concerns and respond promptly to his requests. This included reactivating the pool heating to above 30°C at his request, despite the particularly warm summer temperatures. We have welcomed guests for many years and have consistently received excellent reviews for the villa, its location and the responsiveness of our local support team. During Paul’s stay, our local manager remained available and responded promptly whenever assistance was requested. Andalucía’s warm climate can naturally result in increased insect activity, and some years are more affected than others. On this occasion, our local manager responded quickly and resolved the situation. While such occurrences cannot always be entirely prevented, we always do our best to deal with them efficiently. We fully respect that every guest may experience a property differently, although Paul’s expectations appear to have differed from those of the vast majority of our previous guests. We have carefully considered his comments and will use them to review aspects of the property and our service. We remain committed to providing a high-quality holiday experience and thank the many guests who have shared their positive experiences at the villa over the years.

Dear Katja, Thank you very much. Happy to welcome you and your family at any time. Best regards Alain

Thank you for your comments. We have planned to redone the pool this winter and to optimize the air conditionning in the flat. The flat is separate from the house with access to the garden. The description of the villa is quite clear. There is a separate flat with 1 room, 1 bathroom and 1 small kitchen. In total, there is 4 rooms available.
