They tried, but still needs work

The location and rooms were good. My issue is with the check-in process and communication with office for service issues. We had 3 apartments. It took 45 min to get checked in. The automated machine process just doesn't work that well and 6 groups in the lobby were getting frustrated. Great cleaning staff were stepping in to help, but every check-in required several calls to office. They should make it a text response verses calling their offices, which would rarely be answered. Also, the air conditioning controls were needlessly complicated.

The apartment is very central and I really enjoy my short stay. It is equipped with everything you need and close to everything: plaza catalunya, paseo de gracia, metro stations... The place is also very clean so I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much!
