Beautifully refurbished apartment with lounge / fully equipped kitchen with AC, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower room and balcony with pool views. The property has tile flooring throughout and has been decorated with modern and comfortable furniture. The apartment is part of a small private complex with community gardens and large swimming pool with separate children's pool.
Cala'n Porter is an ideal resort for family holidays, with a variety of bars and restaurants offering evening entertainment for both adults and children, all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Other local amenities (bank, supermarkets, pharmacy etc.) are also within 5 minutes walk from the property. The resort is situated on a cliff top overlooking a white sand beach which can be reached within 7 minutes from the complex.

El alojamiento es exactamente como dicen, y todo esta cuidado y en perfecto estado. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido rápida y fluida y te da todas las facilidades para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Envía un enlace con mucha información útil sobre la isla. Para repetir sin lugar a dudas.

INSUPERABLE
La relación con la propietaria muy fluida cercana y pendiente de todos los detalles desde el principio. Nos facilitó una información exhaustiva y precisa sobre el apartamento, como instalarnos, las posibilidades de disfrutar de la zona,restaurantes y sus características, supermercados etc..., en formato digital(lo cual resultaba muy práctico) . El apartamento es nuevisimo, con mucha luz y aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, dispone de ventiladores en cada dormitorio. Así que si te preocupas de cerrar las contra ventanas se mantiene muy fresco y se descansa muy bien. Esta muy bien equipado y muy limpio y Gurbia esta siempre dispuesta a complacernos, cosa que se agradece mucho. La terracita es muy agradable para las comidas y toda la urbanización en general esta muy limpia y muy bien mantenida: piscina, césped, etc. Hay un supermercado y contenedores para reciclar la basura al lado, y estos detalles hacen la estancia muy agradable. Al final: todo suma!! También su ubicación en la isla es genial con una calita cerca, próximo al aeropuerto, sin ruidos de aviones que molesten, restaurantes cerca... Resumiendo, un espacio con alma donde disfrutar mucho de la belleza y posibilidades de la isla. GRACIAS GURBIA por ser una anfitriona tan estupenda.

2 bed Apartment with Pool - Cala'n Porter
This apartment exceeded our expectations. It had obviously been refurbished fairly recently and was really well equipped. The location couldn't have been better, with a good choice of supermarkets and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The beach too was only a short walk away. We were there with 2 children ,10 and 14, and both of them loved the pool. It was big enough to have a decent swim in and was never overly busy. They loved that the lights came on in the water i later in the evening and they enjoyed their nightly swim in the pool. They would probably have been happy to spend all day ducking in and our of the pool. That said, there was plenty to do round about as well. We chose not to rent a car and for day trips , the bus stop is very close too and the service seemed really good and cheap. Would highly recommend the apartment. Everything made easy by the good communication with Gurbia , the agent. Thanks!

Apartamento estupendo
Apartamento muy bonito, nuevo, con todos los confort: 2 habitaciones, ideal para familias, parejas y amigos, terraza, piscina, Wi-Fi, urbanización muy silenciosa y con todos los servicios cercanos ( restaurantes, supermercados, aparcamientos etc.). El apartamento es nuevo, cocina con lavavajillas, horno, tostadora, cafetera y todo lo que hace falta( todas la vajillas, tupper...). Pequeños detalles como sombrillas, ventiladores, informaciones sobre la isla, donde ir y donde comer. Muy muy recomendado, muy cómodo para moverse en la isla, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, 15 de Maho y 40 de Ciutadela.
