The landscapes of Lugana, an area of vineyards between Lombardy and Veneto, south of Lake Garda, and the breathtaking view of the nearby Lago del Frassino Nature Reserve, a small lake of glacial origin, offer the perfect setting for your vacation in a land rich in history and culture, where fun is always at hand.
The Villa consists of two large apartments, totaling 300 square meters.
You will have a total of four bedrooms (two triple rooms and two double rooms), four full bathrooms, and a professional kitchen at your disposal.
The enveloping and informal design combines the simplicity of rustic materials such as wood, stone, and terracotta with the most modern comforts, all designed to make you feel at home in an exclusive environment.

Wir suchten eine Unterkunft Nähe Desenzano/Peschiera und sind auf Francesca gestoßen. Sie ist eine fröhliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeberrin. Trotz neugeborenem hatte sie stets ein offenes Ohr für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!!

Great location within wine area close to Peschiera

Great hospitality, nice building and individual rooms. Excellent Italian breakfast. The hostess Francesca is a very friendly and warm-hearted person. We enjoyed our stay very much.
