About this property
Luxury house with beautiful views in West Wales Cardiganshire/Pembrokeshire
This beautiful restored Stable conversion is set on top of a hillside with uninterrupted views of picturesque Newcastle Emlyn and the famous River Teifi. Only a short drive to award winning beaches at Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire.
It is a perfect holiday home for families, friends and couples looking to relax in a stylish and contemporary property. It is also an ideal base for those with an interest in walking, fishing and cycling.
The Stables is a lovely detached contemporary property with plenty of character and within walking distance of Newcastle Emlyn which has all you could need.
There are three spacious bedrooms each with its own stylish bathroom. Finished with an eclectic mix of vintage and modern furniture together with local traditional welsh textiles such as Melin Tregwynt.
The property accommodates 6 people comfortably ( with some little people as extra).
The ground floor has a Scandinavian designed open plan kitchen/living/dining area. A floor to ceiling glass opening leads to the outdoor living space together with a log burner to keep you snug and all the usual amenities that you would expect to find such as the essential coffee machine!
Snug/Cwtch room with books, record player and comfy sofa to enjoy this peaceful space.
There is a good sized bedroom on the ground floor with a kingsized bed with fitted wardrobes together with walk -in shower room and WC.
The first floor has two very large bedrooms with kingsized beds with luxury bedroom furniture. The views on this floor are amazing. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, roll top bath and WC. The other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. All bathrooms have under floor heating.
There is an outdoor living area, large landscaped garden overlooking fields which will keep children captivated and bemused as they watch the red kites soar above the cows and sheep in the neighbouring fields. Whilst the adults can enjoy the west facing sunsets with a glass of chilled wine.
Within reasonable walking distance is Newcastle Emlyn. Flowing through the town and past the Castle is the River Teifi which is famous with sea trout (sewin) and salmon fishers worldwide. Historic castle remains to explore, a beautiful Church, restaurants, antique shops, farmer's market, bakers and array of independent shops. The property is within close proximity to a number of stunning beaches only a short drive away ( 15 mins).
Utility room: washing machines, tumble dryer, microwave, clothes pulley.
Other amenities: car parking, high speed Wi-Fi (free), Flat Screen Smart TV with Netflix, range cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, log burner, music system, barbecue and garden furniture.
