Alles gut.

Es ist soweit alles super gut, so langsam müsste aber hier und da mal was erneuert werden. Was störend ist, das überall Ameisen sind. Vor allem wenn nur nach ein paar Stunden, der Bio Müll da steht. Es waren sogar kleine Mini Ameisen im geschlossenen Nutella Glas. Nette Familie..

Vermieter: Super hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und liebenswert Innenbereich: großräumige Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, komplette Kücheneinrichtung, Vorratskammer und Waschküche mit weiterer Dusche Aussenbereich: grosser Pool für Schwimmer, überdachter, hochwertiger Sitzbereich und Tischtennisplatte, weitläufiger Garten mit weiteren Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten Lage: zentral, ländlich, lediglich 5 Minuten entfernt komplette Infrastruktur mit Supermärkten, Tankstelle sowie neu angelegtem Bolzplatz für Fussball und Basketball

Wunderschöne Anlage in nicht ganz so ruhiger Gegend

Das Haus und der schöne Pool sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool gesäubert und anfallender Müll entsorgt. Allerdings sind die Betten eher zu klein und knarren bei jeder Bewegung. Je nach Jahreszeit und Wetterlage sind die Moskitos zahlreich in und ums Haus, trotz Vorkehrungen wie Insektengitter und Netze. Entsprechende Kleidung, Insektensprays und Insektenkerzen sind dringend angeraten. Man kann die Lage auch nicht als ruhig bezeichnen, da in vielen Nächten zahlreiche Hunde durchbellen. Kurz vor Dämmerung beginnen dann etliche Hähne an zu krähen. Die Strasse führt hinten direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei. Sie ist zwar nur selten befahren, aber wenn in der Nacht ein Motorrad durchfährt, dann ist man halt auch wach.

Ideal location for relaxation!

We really enjoyed our one week stay in this house, which was very relaxing! We received a warm welcome from the owners, who explained everything about the house. The house is at very quiet location, which is ideal to relax in the huge garden, pool or under the veranda. Even bird watching is an option in the garden or adjacent olive tree orchards. On the other hand, you can drive within few minutes to supermarkets or restaurants in Inca. Also within 25 minutes you drive to north coast, east coast or south coast, so very central location. Ideal to explore the island. The pool was cleaned every 3 days early in the morning, so we didn't even notice. Compared to the pictures they also have now solar panels, parasols and huge sunshade screen. The house itself is fully equiped with many many towels, airco, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge fridge and freezer and all you can think of in the kitchen. Although we needed to leave very early in the morning for our flight home, the owners were present to wish us a good flight. I even forgot my driving license and the owners informed me directly when they discovered and send a very nice card with the driving license to my home address in the Netherlands.

Een heel fijn huis op een goede locatie

Het is een heel fijn huis, alles gelijkvloers. Het zwembad is groot. De tuin is ook groot en mooi. Je kan heerlijk zitten op het overdekte terras. Verder erg leuk dat er een tafeltennis is. Met de auto ben je in een paar minuten in Inca waar veel supermarkten en winkels zijn. Verder ligt het vrij centraal op het eiland en kan je alle kanten op. Kortom: een aanrader!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen Garten und einen tollen Pool, der vom Vermieter regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies lag nicht zuletzt an unseren netten Vermieter, der sehr hilfsbereit war und sich um alles sehr gut gekümmert hat. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder die Finca mieten, die ruhig gelegen ist. Mit einem Auto gelangt man jedoch dank der guten Anbindung schnell überall hin.

Lovely villa in quiet location.

The pool was great, owners on hand when we arrived and very helpful and friendly. Well equipped villa with washing machine, dryer and very well equipped kitchen. The location was quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Only comment would be parasols by the pool would have been nice, and our mattress was a little uncomfortable.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca mit großem Pool

Eine sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca mit großem Pool und schönem Garten. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub vom 09.07. bis 21.07.2018 hier richtig genießen, da es schön ruhig und trotzdem sehr Zentral bei Inka gelegen ist. Uns fehlte nichts und die Familie von Natalia sorgte sich um jede Kleinigkeit von Poolreinigung bis zur Gartenwässerung, sodass wir unseren Urlaub wirklich genießen konnten. Den Pool nutzten wir bis spät in die Nacht. Die beiden süßen, draußen lebenden, zum Haus/Grundstück gehörenden Katzen Mietzi & Lucky stören nicht und holen sich manchmal ihre Streicheleinheiten ab und gehen Ihre eigenen Wege. Wir kommen gerne 2019 wieder ***** Viele Grüße von Ines & Frank Meyer, Ahrensburg/Hamburg
