The bungalow is a separate guest house on the property - the owners friend reside in the front home. Guest have their own fenced private outdoor space and entrance accessed via the alley. The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear.
Less than walking distance to downtown, whiskey row, restaurants & shops, museums, elks theater, farmer's markets, microbreweries, and antique shops. Short drive to: hikes, mountain bike trails, lakes, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle. Owner adjacent.

Half Pint is centrally located to amazing outdoor adventures like kayaking Watson Lake, canoeing Willow Creek Lake, hiking Thumb Butte, or mountain biking the Bradshaws. We fell in love with this property because of it's amazing outdoor space and it’s proximity to downtown. We are passionate about the ability to walk or ride our bikes to everything and this home allows us to do just that. The feeling of having access to everything, like a city, in a small town atmosphere!
