Modern Bungalow, in the heart of downtown Prescott!

Restored bungalow in the heart of downtown Prescott, one block from the historic city square. An open space concept where contemporary style merges with the cozy comfort of a bungalow.

The property boasts a fantastic outdoor space with a warm fire pit to sit around, propane grill, and outdoor dining. The bungalow is recently remodeled with an all new kitchen with new appliances, bathroom w/beautiful marble tiled shower, new windows, washer and dryer, and marble floors throughout. Plus, get fantastic sleep on the brand new Luxury California King Saatva mattress.

The bungalow is a separate guest house on the property - the owners friend reside in the front home. Guest have their own fenced private outdoor space and entrance accessed via the alley. The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear.

Less than walking distance to downtown, whiskey row, restaurants & shops, museums, elks theater, farmer's markets, microbreweries, and antique shops. Short drive to: hikes, mountain bike trails, lakes, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle. Owner adjacent.

Great location and the garage was a plus. Easy walking to downtown and plenty of restaurants to try. The patio was a comfortable place to relax. The bungalow was fully equipped for cooking if you choose and although we didn’t use it, a grill was available. There was plenty of privacy and a quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay with these hosts, but in their larger place next door which is also great. Highly recommend for 2 people.

We absolutely loved this little overnight stay on the way back from the Grand Canyon! It had EVERYTHING we needed! Thank you guys so much for letting us stay, it was a much needed rest. The garage parking was really nice, we did utilize the vacuum for a quick car clean up which was nice. The laundry washer and dryer worked great and the bed....oh the bed was incredible! Superb coffee selection and a lovely shower. Couldn't ask for more but there was.... The view of the mountains from the outside patio. Awesome stay and well worth the stop. Thank you guys a million! 10/10!!!

After living in France and Denmark, we decided to move closer to family and buy a home in Prescott. We love meeting people from all walks of life and hearing their stories. Having a VRBO property allows us to meet people from all over the world, right in our backyard, literally.

Half Pint gives you backdoor access to everything downtown Prescott. Walk to so many of our favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Spend the day exploring antique shops, museums and boutique stores. Then the night life of Whiskey Row is just a stumble home. Half Pint is centrally located to amazing outdoor adventures like kayaking Watson Lake, canoeing Willow Creek Lake, hiking Thumb Butte, or mountain biking the Bradshaws. If table games and slot machines are your style, Bucky’s and Yavapai Casino are just 6 minutes away.

We fell in love with this property because of it's amazing outdoor space and it’s proximity to downtown. We are passionate about the ability to walk or ride our bikes to everything and this home allows us to do just that.
