Everything is completely new, from the kitchen, beds, bathrooms and closets. The house of great comfort, being in the city center, has all kinds of shops nearby, such as bars, bakeries, markets and all types of activities.

Great Monopoli experience!

Great location. Sergio is wonderful- very helpful and communication. Apartment is large, renovated and convenient to everything.

Nice apartment in a good location

Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Located within easy walking distance to the beach areas and restaurants. Free parking on the street below. There’s an elevator to the 4th floor but there are just a few steps up to the elevator. Our host was very helpful and gave us good tips to help make our stay enjoyable. We can easily recommend this apartment as a good place to stay. Quiet neighborhood.

Family Stay

Excellent location in local residential area with local bakers, butchers and markets, it made us feel like a local. The apartment was clean and spacious for our 5 adults. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street and the historic town and beach were only a short walk

Watch out!

The property itself is lovely. Very clean and convenient HOWEVER, our host, Sergio entered not only our unit that we rented but ALL four of our bedrooms while we were out for a walk. He disabled all of the air conditioning units and hid the remote controls on us. Upon our arrival we had no clue who had entered our apartment. We were all very scared and unsettled as we didn’t know who had access to the apartment. The senior citizens in our family group slept in fear. Also, the maid told us that we owed her 20 euro as a fee to stay there. Again she let one of our senior citizens know who ended up giving her the money. Once again, a nice place but shady people. After speaking with several residents here we were told that we should have immediately called the police. We will be contacting the finance minister as this is one of the options we have been advised to do as our payments were not as stated either. Host offered a home to sleep 12. We were 10 and charged “additional guests” fee.

La casa è molto pulita e spaziosa! Noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati comodissimi. Le camere da letto sono molto comode, i letti sono davvero perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intera di mare. La cucina è grande e comoda per cucinare, l'ideale se si sta con un gruppo di amici ! Quasi tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata, le docce sono molto comode e funzionano alla grande. La casa è perfetta per una vacanza con gli amici !
