A beautiful, bright suite that sleeps 4, featuring a
recently renovated, spacious, and cosy open-concept space with a view of the garden.
In the centre of the open-concept space is a large fireplace. The kitchen was created from an old 1970s bar counter.
In winter, the suite features a central fireplace open on all four sides, which you can admire even while comfortably lying in bed.
In summer, you can enjoy a beautiful pool in an exclusive setting. Upon request, we can arrange aperitifs and dinners by the pool.
The loft is located on the ground floor and is entirely at the guests’ disposal.
The building contains only the loft; the ground floor is unoccupied. In a private corner of the garden, you can enjoy the hot tub (extra).
It’s a comfortable, relaxing setting perfect for families or romantic getaways for couples, immersed in the tranquility of nature just a short walk from Rome. You’ll find all the necessary linens in the house. Come visit us, and we’ll do our best to make your stay unforgettable!

Within the estate, there are 3 independent suites, each featuring a different style. The “Loft Suite” features shabby-chic decor with a wonderful atmosphere.
This is an estate in the Roman countryside.
The house is surrounded by 2 hectares of garden where 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a donkey roam freely. There are also 4 goats in their pen.
They are all affectionate and docile animals that you’ll only encounter in the garden.

A good restaurant/pizzeria with a wood-fired oven is located just outside the estate.
There are no other businesses within walking distance.
During your stay, you’ll immerse yourself in an atmosphere of nature, small hilltop villages surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the scent of cookies and wood-fired bread, Frascati DOC wineries, and quaint local spots like the “Fraschette” in Frascati.
Just a few kilometres away, Frascati and Colonna offer every kind of service.
Just 20 minutes away is one of central Italy’s most renowned outlet malls (Valmontone) and the Rainbow Magicland amusement park.
Less than 30 minutes away is Tivoli with its splendid Villa Adriana.
Just 15 minutes away is the Roma Est shopping centre, one of the largest in Italy.
The Colle Mattia train station, just 500 metres away, provides quick connections to Termini Station—a 25-minute ride.
