ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, large terrace of 10 m2, completely renovated, in the heart of a 5 hectare property, near Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu sur mer, Villefranche sur mer with its citadel , and halfway between Nice and Monaco. In 10 minutes of walking you are in the center of Beaulieu: with daily fresh and quality vegetables on its market, not too far away is the supermarket and all the surrounding shops.
The Ant Bay or the beach of the harbor of Villefranche sur mer are less than 15 minutes away, no need to have a car, everything can be done on foot!

The caretaker of the property was so kind and helpful even with a language barrier! The property owner was also super helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage early before check-in. The view was amazing, the air conditioning was necessary and helpful, and the walk into Bastide wasn’t too bad (maybe wouldn’t recommend walking back in the dark without a flashlight). My husband and I would definitely stay here again! Also the building has an elevator which was a huge plus for luggage purposes! The property is a little 10 minute walk from le gare that can take you to Villefranche or Nice and Monaco!

Fantastic!

This place was the highlight of our trip. The description in the listing doesn’t accurately describe how beautiful the grounds and views are. Me and my 17 year old daughter stayed and we will definitely book this place again. It was about a 10 - 15 minute walk into the town but well worth it. Walking back is all uphill so we took an Uber (15-20 usd) each time. The regional train can take you up and down the cost for very little euros. The hosts are super friendly and very friendly. We hope to be back within the year.

The best choice ever

Everything was perfect: the host very friendly, the view from the terrace was wonderful. We could see the St. Jean Farat cap and the see, very clean apartment. Vila is situated uphill therefore the view is wonderful. Vila is in a place surrounded by trees and nature. It is quite remote form other houses. It has two entrances which are very convenient. Private parking for a car was extremely helpful. The place is wonderful to stay and enjoy peaceful and relaxing vacations. Highly recommended. Thank you for very friendly and attentive host. I will return back.

Loft dans le grenier de Beaulieu sur Mer avec une vue superbe.

Excellent pied à terre pour visiter la Côte d’Azur de Monaco à Canne . À deux pas de la belle plage La Marinière à Villefranche.Le train est juste en bas à Beaulieu sur mer, 20 minutes à pied de la Bastide ou 5 minutes en auto mais il faut trouver un parking pas évident.On est très content de notre choix d’hébergement et la ville .

Cet appart. est un excellent lieu de séjour. Il est coquet, propre & fonctionnel avec une vue splendide sur la Méditerranée. La propriété est isolée de la ville, ce qui lui confère un environnement calme & beau. La propriétaire & la concierge sont d'une très grande amabilité et serviabilité. A notre arriver Solange ( une dame super) nous a dit qu'il y avait des locataires qui ne sortait pas le soir pour visiter cela ma étonné, à la fin de notre séjours qui a duré 2 jours j'avais compris même nous le 2eme soir nous somme rester sur le balcon qui a une vu mer magnifique. N'hésiter pas foncée s'est magnifique et calme. Nous reviendrons !!!

PANORAMA SPECTACULAIRE

Nous avons passé 20 jours en Août dans ce charmant appartement. Il fait partie de la belle résidence LA BASTIDE immergée à son tour dans un grand parc. Nous avons été enchantés par la vue spectaculaire sur la mer depuis la terrasse de cet appartement ... vraiment unique!
