In the Gorges du Tarn, an independent house on two levels with swimming pool for 14-15 people to share with several families or friends with terrace, garden and secure 10 X 5 ovoid swimming pool.
Large dining room with semi-covered terrace in extension adjacent to the integrated kitchen with island.
7 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms including a master bedroom with private shower room and WC. Free wifi equipment.
Note that the rates are optimized for stays of 2 nights and 7 nights. For any other duration, do not hesitate to ask me for a proposal adapted to your stay.

Heated and secure swimming pool on generous beaches with pool house including shower - WC, kitchen area with plancha and barbecue in service in May, June, July, August and September.
Small independent access apartment under the roof occupied by the owner.

Possibilities on the 'Low Season' and 'Mid Season' rental periods of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights, or weekly.
Heating: For the ground floor (approx 1/3 of the surface) whose heating is provided by electric heaters with heat transfer fluid, consumption is billed on the basis of the digital meter reading at a price of 25 cts per kwh. The floor (approx 2/3 of the surface) is heated by a very economical geothermal system and not billed.

Cycling in Ispagnac

We were cycling as a group of six friends in the region near Ispagnac. The village and the house are perfect for this purpose. The house is spacious and comfortable, located very calmly, equipped with all that is needed (kitchen barbecue etc.) with a nice pool and garden. Marcel is a very friendly host, answering all requests instantly. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Road trip en Cévennes par un groupe de motards

Gîte spacieux et confortable, ou chacun a pu disposer de sa chambre Les équipements proposés sont nombreux et la piscine chauffée est réellement un plus pour ce séjour.Cette location est vraiment idéal pour un groupe où une grande famille Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité C'est un gîte que je recommanderais sans hésiter.

Road Trip moto en Cévennes

Un gîte parfait pour notre groupe de 13 motards , bien agencé, bien équipé et de bonnes literies , nous avons bien profités des espaces extérieurs , nos machines rangées en sécurité , la maison est dans un quartier calme , Marcel toujours prêt à rendre service nous a accueilli chaleureusement , je recommande vivement ce gîte idéalement situé a proximité de belles routes sinueuses et de grands sites exceptionnels

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit unserer Radsport/Wander/Kultur- und Genußgruppe

Wie waren zu zehnt in dem Haus, ein Zimmer blieb frei. Im Garten eine schöner Sitzplatz mit großem Pool. Ein Essplatz im Halbfreien, einer im Haus. Küche gut ausgestattet. Marcel ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt gut, ruhig. Eine Bäckerei ist in der Nähe, ein kleiner Laden auch. Die Landschaft ist großartig, keine Frage.

Très belle maison bien entretenue avec pas moins de 4 sanitaires (en comptant celui du pull-housse) Jolie piscine chauffée avec le coin salle à manger d’été (barbecue, plancha ....) le Top !!! Le lieu est très calme et très bien située au début des gorges du Tarn Nous étions venue avec 6 Harley Davidson et nous avons pu les rentrer dans une petite cour entre la maison et le pull-housse Accueil très sympathique de M.Savajol Nous avons passé une semaine géniale Amis Bikers, n’hésitez pas !!!!

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison spacieuse aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, très bien équipée, bien entretenue. Les chambres et leur literie sont très confortables. L'espace piscine chauffée est vaste, bien aménagé avec sa cuisine d'été, son coin repas. Les extérieurs sont joliment paysagés et fleuris. A 2 mn des commerces du centre du village. Accueil très sympathique de Mr Marcel, le propriétaire, disponible , à l'écoute et de bon conseil pour profiter de cette région magnifique. Merci Marcel d'être aussi sensible à la qualité de ce que vous proposez. Allez-y vous serez enchantés comme nous l'avons été. D'ailleurs on reviendra.

Super séjour

Très bonne location à Ispagnac pour une semaine. La maison est grande, propre et bien située, la piscine chauffée est ´plus ´ qui a été très agréable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangeant. La région est d’une beauté incroyable, avec de nombreuses activités, le propriétaire vous donnera de bonnes adresses à visiter. On recommande vivement !

Tres bonne semaine entre randonnées, piscine, et barbecue

Nous avons passé une semaine extra entre amis ; la maison tres bien agencée, était très propre , la literie parfaite; la cuisine est tres bien équipée ; la piscine un peu à l écart de la maison dans un environnement très fleuri a été très appréciée! Barbecue et plancha à disposition à côté de la piscine; situation idéale pour faire des randonnées de tous niveaux! Des topos de ballades ont été mis à disposition par le propriétaire des lieux qui connait bien la région et qui peut conseiller sur les ballades; ce dernier qui vit dans un logement séparé au dernier etage de la maison est charmant et tres discret.

Excellent séjour à Ispagnac. La maison est très grande, au calme sur les hauteurs du village. Les multiples équipements proposés (piscine, pool house, BBQ, plancha,...), la situation de la maison (au calme dans une zone résidentielle mais proche des commerces et du centre du village) vous permettra de passer d’excellents moments. Les propriétaires (très discrets) sont présents sur place et peuvent vous assister en cas d’éventuel problème comme vous conseiller sur votre programme de visites.

Parfait en tous points
