Charming apartment a few meters from the wonderful Playa de las Canteras. New, bright and cozy. Ideal for couples and families. Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and very close to Santa Catalina Park and the Mesa y Lopez shopping area. It has an elevator and an interior patio. Well connected by bus or taxi.

New housing with Wifi. It has two large bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom with shower inside for a more intimate stay. Modern and comfortable kitchen fully equipped, with all new appliances. A living room with personality and an interior patio so there is plenty of light.

A wonderful big appartment with every thinkable equipment. It is very clean and spacy, and the location is close to supermarkets, restaurants and beach. This is by far the best appartment we have rented at HomeAway.

Super verblijf en netjes

Het verblijf was fijn. De lokatie was perfect gelegen. De gastvrouw super aardig. Er stond een fles rode en witte wijn en wat verschillende biertjes in de koelkast. Tussendoor kwam ze nog met fruit aanzetten uit de boomgaard van haar vader.Echt super attente vrouw

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Vera hat uns pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin erwartet. Ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wasser standen auch schon bereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Es sind auch ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, sogar für den Strand. Obwohl wir kein Spanisch sprechen hat die Kommunikation dank Übersetzer gut funktioniert. Vera hat immer schnell geantwortet und ein kleines technisches Problem sofort beseitigt.

Lägenheten är modern, välutrustad och allt man behöver finns för att leva och bo som om man var i sitt eget hem. Läget är perfekt och värden (som tog emot på plats) är mycket trevlig. Recommenders!

A lot to say, as it was really perfect! Apartment is very very clean, will all what you can need when you are on holidays. Full equipped kitchen, lovely rooms, 2 bathrooms with all towels you can need. Location is good too, really 3min from the beach, the restaurants, the supermarkets. With two little kids, we were missing nothing. Thanks Vera for you availibity and your kindness. Thanks for the welcome gifts too. Vera is very taking care of her hosts, even if my Spanish is not so good, she always made the effort to discuss and made sure we were spending a good time. To conclude, I recommend!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Stadtlage

Eine moderne, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, im Kühlschrank war bereits ein Sixpack mit Bier kaltgestellt, die Obstschale war mit frischen Früchten gefüllt. Zum Strand waren es fußläufig 5 Minuten. Den Mietwagen konnten wir kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parken. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Wohnung würden wieder buchen. Damian S.

Lucky to find such a superb home in Las Canteras

I stayed in Vera’s beautiful apartment for 4 weeks. The place is even better than the photos. It’s spotlessly clean and everything feels new and fresh. It’s clear Vera cares about her guests having a comfortable stay. The location is perfect. Moments to the beach and nightlife of Las Canteras. It’s very quite during the day and night so perfect for remote workers. The internet was strong enough and there is a desk set up in the second bedroom. I could have asked for more! Thank you for everything Vera!

Perfekte Unterkunft im Herzen von Las Palmas

Wir haben unsere Winterferien in Las Palmas in der Wohnung von Vera verbracht. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vera hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns ihre saubere und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung übergeben. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat sich unsere Gastgeberin immer wieder nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und uns sogar einen grossen Korb mit Gemüse und Früchten aus der eigenen Finca vorbeigebracht. Nach einen langen Aufenthalt können wir feststellen, dass es kein einziges Detail gibt, das uns missfallen hat. Der grosse Flat TV hat nur spanische Programme. Wir haben unser Notebook mit dem TV verbunden und damit heimisches Fernsehen empfangen. Das WLAN download war dazu ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Las Palmas nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und der Promenade Las Canteras entfernt. Die Markthalle, Supermärkte sowie Bars und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für unseren kleinen Mietwagen gab es einen Tiefgaragen-Einstellplatz. Wer Las Palmas und seine Parkplatznot kennt, weiss dieses Angebot ganz besonders zu schätzen! Die Wohnung befindet sich oberhalb von einigen Geschäften in der ersten Etage eines Mehretagenhauses. Im sehr gepflegten Treppenhaus befindet sich ein Lift, über den die Tiefgarage und die Wohnung bequem zu erreichen sind. Trotz der lebhaften Umgebung ist die Wohnung äusserst ruhig. Es gab keinerlei störende Geräusche, weder von der Strasse noch vom Lift, oder von anderen Hausbewohnern. Wir können jedem, der eine perfekte Unterkunft in Las Palmas sucht, diese Wohnung empfehlen! Sollten wir wieder mal Gran Canaria und Las Palmas besuchen, werden wir wieder bei Vera wohnen

A very nice and elegant apartment extremely tidy and in very good condition.

I warmly recommend this modern, tidy, spacios and well-equipped apartment to anybody. It is situated reasonably close to Canteras beach and the neighbourhood is quite peaceful and attractive. The landlady was most helpful and kone.
