Stunning sea view cottage

Beautiful terraced house on two floors, elegantly finished, located in a picturesque village with breathtaking sea views. The village, surrounded by a natural park, has a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and parking space.

The accommodation

The house is located in a spectacular location, 300 m from the sea, in the town of Nebida, a few km from the most beautiful beaches of Sulcis. The apartment is spread over two floors: upstairs there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom (with an additional pull-out bed) and bathroom with shower; on the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with a relaxation area with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower and a splendid terrace overlooking the sea where you can have delicious meals enjoying a unique and unforgettable panorama!

Guest access

Customers have at their disposal a beautiful panoramic swimming pool which is located on a terrace facing the sea surrounded by the lush Mediterranean scrub; there are two showers in the area and a bar / restaurant is just a stone's throw away. From the terrace there is a 15-minute walkable path that leads directly to the sea.

Check in

Upon check in, customers are greeted by Rita, the contact person for any requests or problems during their stay, by phone or email. She will also provide all the tourist and agri-food information in the area, as well as the information material, in order to make your stay special and unforgettable !!!

Other things to highlight

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, two heat pumps (in the bedrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped, equipped with an electric oven, toaster, electric kettle and there is an electric hot plate if the gas suddenly runs out. Customers are provided with bed linen and towels and sun beds and umbrella for the swimming pool for a well-deserved relaxation !!!

The village is located in the hamlet of Nebida, a small village in southern Sardinia with a beautiful viewpoint from which you can admire the famous Far di Pan di Zucchero, symbol of this coast. It is also located in a strategic position because it allows you to visit the most beautiful and characteristic tourist locations in the area within 30/40 km: from the nearby sandy beaches of Fontanamare, Plage Mesu and Porto Paglia.

El sitio y la casa sĂłn preciosos, pero nos faltĂł comodidad. No poder descansar en unas sillas minimanente cĂłmodas fue una decepciĂłn. Solo hay opciĂłn de comer en la terraza, cosa que con el calor de agosto no es muy recomendable. En el anuncio ponĂ­a que la playa estaba a 15 minutos andando y no es cierto. Tienes que coger el coche. Las vistas espectaculares, desde la casa se puede ir andando a un mirador donde la puesta de sol es muy bonita.

Jolie rĂ©sidence avec une vue sublime sur la mer. La maison est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec tout l’espace et le confort nĂ©cessaire. Seul bĂ©mol l’accĂšs Ă  la mer n’est pas facile Ă  pieds, pour les plages il faut prendre la voiture. Descriptif et photos tout Ă  fait conformes, la clim est un vrai plus. Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mitten in Nebida. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Wer mehr ,möchte kann innerhalb weniger Minuten Fußweg zu den Klippen gelangen, die direkt vor der Ferienanlage liegen und von dort den Sonnenuntergang genießen. 2 kleine MĂ€rkte und mehrere Restaurants sind alle per Fuß gut und in kĂŒrzester Zeit zu erreichen. Das Auto kann man direkt vorm Haus abstellen. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und hat alles was man fĂŒr einen schöne Urlaub benötigt.

Great place to spend your holiday

We had a very nice stay in the apartment in Nebida. The resort looks very nice, the swimming pool is really nice and the apartment is well equipped and with the airconditioners in all room very pleasant to stay!

Stylisches Reihenhaus mit Meerblick

Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus in einer Ferienanlage, welche im Stil eines alten Fischerdorfes an einen Hang gebaut wurde. Das zweigeschossige Haus ist hell, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es den Wohnbereich mit integrierter, gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche, ein Bad und eine Loggia mit Blick aufs Meer. Im Obergeschoß sind 2 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Wir konnten bereits Mittags einziehen, so dass das ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub war. Rita (AP vor Ort) hat uns alles gut erklĂ€rt und uns auch wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs einige Tipps gegeben. Leider kein WLAN; aber dafĂŒr 4G. Wenn man sich also um entsprechendes Datenvolumen kĂŒmmert, ist das eigentlich kein Problem. Wir hatten u.a. ein Smartphone dabei mit 10 GB und haben es als mobile Hotspot genutzt. Die Stromversorgung ist etwas dĂŒnn. Das gleichzeitige Betreiben von mehreren Stromfressern (Klima, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher oder Boiler) erfordert etwas FingerspitzengefĂŒhl. (Tipp: Bei hoher Last Stecker vom Boiler rausziehen). Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der traumhafte Meerblick, der schöne Pool und die gute Lage sind zu erwĂ€hnen. Man erreicht mit dem Auto sehr schnell mehrere schöne StrĂ€nde und auch die Traumbucht Cala Domestica (20 min.)
