Holiday home in the heart of Klitmøller town with a 2-person hot tub and sauna located approx. 300 meters from the sparkling North Sea at Cold Hawaii. The cottage is an activity house with PS2 incl. games as well as poker games and electronic darts. Outdoors there is a sandpit, swings and a buried trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance), so the youngest vacationers can enjoy themselves here. For the slightly older children, the loft will undoubtedly be a favorite place to stay. The house is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump, giving you the opportunity to save on consumption. The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV with Danish, Norwegian and German channels via digital TV as well as free, unlimited and high-speed internet and Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for a cool summer evening or a rainy fall evening. The kitchen is well-equipped with ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. In addition, there is a separate chest freezer of approx. 100 liters. Bathroom with a 2-seater whirlpool, walk-in shower, underfloor heating and access to the 4-person sauna. Guest bathroom with bathing environment, shower, toilet and underfloor heating. The house also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has 4 bedrooms and a loft with 2 beds. All beds in the house have box mattresses. The house is also disabled-friendly with low doorsteps and a ramp can be added if desired. The house is located on a child-friendly, fenced and enclosed plot where both small children and pets can move around safely. There is both an open and covered terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy your evening meal while the sun sets over the area. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
