Family-friendly cottage with spa, sauna and boat – only 300 m from the Limfjord Welcome to this beautiful and well-equipped cottage of 118 m², located in quiet and scenic surroundings only 300 meters from the Limfjord. The house is ideal for both family holidays and relaxing stays with friends – here you will find both comfort, coziness and plenty of activities right outside your door. Space for the whole family – 3 bedrooms + extra bed The cottage has three spacious bedrooms: • 2 rooms with double bed • 1 room with double bed with bunk bed – suitable for a child • In addition, there is the possibility of an extra bed in the living room There is also a cot and high chair, so the house is perfect for families with children. Well-equipped living room and modern kitchen The 42 m² living room has both a dining area and a sofa group, where you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove. There is also a TV with both Danish and German channels, a DVD player and a stereo radio. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, separate freezer (60-99 l), coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. 2 bathrooms – spa and sauna The house has two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. One has a shower, the other offers both a spa and access to a sauna – perfect after an active day by the fjord or on the beach. Outdoor fun and play The large, landscaped garden of 2,500 m² offers plenty of space for play and relaxation. On the 120 m² terrace you can enjoy the sun all day long – garden furniture and a barbecue are of course available. For the children there is a swing, sandbox and trampoline (use at your own risk). There is also a carport and good parking. Rowing boat included – possibility of renting a motor A rowing boat is included in the rent and can be towed to the beach with the house's garden tractor. If you wish to sail with a motor, a 6 HP outboard motor can be rented upon arrival for DKK 1,000 per week or DKK 1,500 for 2 weeks. Use of the boat and garden tractor is at your own risk and with your own insurance. Good facilities for anglers As a "fishing house", the cottage is ideal for anglers with both a fish cleaning area and a large freezer. The nearest fishing spot is also less than 2 km away. Energy-friendly and trouble-free The house is equipped with an energy-friendly air/air heat pump and electric heating. Smart Lock key box makes check-in easy and flexible.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
