Holiday home located on a 2,500 m² plot with a lawn. The house includes a hot tub and sauna as well as fast fiber broadband. The house has a living room with a dining area and wood-burning stove and 3 bedrooms. The house has a 120 m² terrace that wraps around the house, as well as garden furniture and a garden barbecue. For children there is a swing, sandpit and trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance), as well as a cot and high chair. Rowing boat available (use at the tenant's own risk/insurance). The rowing boat is on a trailer that can be towed to the beach with the house garden tractor. If you do not wish to row, you can rent a 6 HP boat motor for DKK 1,000.00 per week and DKK 1,500.00 for 2 weeks. The motor is ordered upon arrival at the house. The entire coastline of the Limfjord has good beaches and there are many good places for windsurfing. At Ejsingholm you will find one of the best surfing spots on the Limfjord. Here you will find a surf school and surf equipment rental.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
