Pretty holiday home located on a beach plot,with a panoramic view over the lake Hjälmaren. This charming house with a log guest cabin is secluded on a cape, just 15 metres from the beach. There is a patio with a roof on the south side of the house, overlooking the lake. The wooden house contains a large living room with an adjacent open kitchen. Next to the patio there is a sauna which seats four people. The guest cabin has two beds. The plot includes a private sand beach of 100 metres. There are plenty of islands within rowing distance. Pole fishing is permitted, as is mushroom picking in the nearby forest. The house is located 160 kilometres from Stockholm.

Haus und Grundstück sind alt, muffig, ungepflegt und düster. Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch. Bei schönem Wetter sicher vernachlässigbar, der See ist toll. Bei Regen und Kälte aber wirklich unfreundlich.

Die einzige wirkliche Attraktion ist die Lage am See und der See selbst. Die nächste Stadt, Arboga, bietet nicht allzuviel. Was sich lohnt, ist natürlich ein Ausflug nach Stockholm, das sind allerdings zwei Stunden Fahrt je Richtung.
