Modern holiday cottage with a whirlpool and sauna located on a dune plot approx. 250 m from the beach and sea in the attractive southern part of Løkken. The house is built in 2002 and includes living room/open kitchen, 4 large bedrooms with wardrobes, large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, guest toilet with wash column and as well a covered as an open terrace. The decor is tasteful and modern and the whole house appears bright and with all of the highest quality. Note that the rooms are quite optimally positioned, if two families want to holiday together, then they can have their own sections, each with two large bedrooms and bath. The houseis equipped with all the amenities that make the holidays easy and comfortable for the whole family. The internal doors are of a width of as much as 90 cm. The plot is an open dune plot with excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as sunbathing, playing with the kids or cosy times around the garden grill in the evenings. When the evening gets cooler, can you move in and enjoy the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
