Welcome to a luxurious holiday house located on Foreneset in the district of Ryfylke. The house, situated right by the sea with scenic surroundings and a panoramic view of the fjord, is perfect for a family holiday. Please note that boat rental needs to be confirmed by the owner. To reduce energy costs and for environmental reasons, the house is constructed as a low energy house where the power for heating, for the pool and for hot water, is mostly taken from the sea. Natural and environmental products are used in consideration of the inner and outer environment. The large and well equipped house consists of two living rooms, five double bedrooms with possibilities of two extra beds, a 15 m² pool, whirlpool, sauna and two bathrooms, as well as indoor and outdoor storage rooms. The house has an exquisite interior with furniture and appliances of high standards and modern design. The dining room is connected to the kitchen on the 1st floor. Eat together with good friends while enjoying the stunning view of the fjord and harbour. The modern fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on cool days or when returning from long days on the water. The living room on the second floor is equipped with TV, DVD, stereo system and an office room. Enjoy the broad selection of channels, listen to your favourite music, carry out necessary office work or use the internet to research the myriad of activities in the area. Motorboats are available for rent. Life jackets of different sizes and several fish cleaning tables available. Gas barbecue. Alles. Bei der Größe des Hauses besteht auch bei schlechtem Wetter für jeden eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Weil wir viel Regen hatten war für die Enkelkinder das Schwimmbad sehr wichtig. Der Hauseigentümer war bemüht, dass sich seine Gäste wohfühlen. Kleine Probleme wurden rasch beseitigt, ein Anruf genügte.

Lage war sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in einem kleinen Spermarkt in Jelsa möglich. Eine Restaurant haben wir in Norwegen nie besucht. Ausgeschilderte Wanderwege gibt es in der Nähe. Hatten diese auch zuvor im Internet ausge-sucht.
